Lovely Spot

The apartment is the perfect location for exploring the Colosseum and surrounding area. There are many restaurants and shops, including a grocery market within a quick walk. As we arrived late in the evening, it was very nice of Manuela to leave biscuits and jams for us to enjoy in the morning.

Lovely apartment close to Metro and Colosseum

This is a cute little apartment just a few blocks from the Metro stop and Colosseum. Ideal for a small family, plenty of good restaurants/bars/gelato close by if you don't feel like walking at the end of a long day.

Perfect in every way!

The location and the warm welcome we got made this the perfect place. Manuela gives you the "extras" that help you feel like you're at home. She had snacks, drinks and even breakfast food for us. You can easily walk to everything or to a taxi stand within minutes. Great time there!

Wonderful experience!!

The flat was absolutely perfect. We had a family of 6 (one a 9 month old) and we had everything we needed. Manuela even met us at midnight after our 5 hour flight delay. The flat is in a great location - just a block or so from the Colosseum with loads of restaurants and a small grocery story super close by. If we ever get back to Rome we will stay here again!

Great Loation

All of the things you want to do, see and experience are well within walking distance whether it is dining, shopping, site seeing or needing rail, bus or train. The apartment was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. The host was very polite and engaging, explaining things you need to know and what was expected. If I am ever back in Roma, I would come back to this one.

Great stay in Rome

Overall a great place in a great location! The apartment was the perfect setup for our group... as advertised, very close walking distance to the Colosseum. We really appreciated how well the apartment was stocked with snacks and other provisions, which made us feel very welcome. Communication was very easy with the host. The only issues we had were the noise from the bar across the street on Saturday night (didn't seem to be as much of an issue on Sunday and Monday nights). Also, although the apartment was air conditioned, my son was too hot up in the loft at night. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

gute Wohnung

Wir waren mit der Wohnung im Grossen und Ganzen zufrieden. + Der Empfang hat bestens geklappt. Manuela war zur vereinbarten Zeit dort und hat uns freundlich das Wichtigste erklärt. (Sie hat uns als Willkommensgeschenk einen grossen Schokoladekuchen hinterlassen. Das war ja sehr lieb gemeint. Aber soll eine Familie, in der niemand Schokoladekuchen mag, damit tun?) + Die Lage ist top. Sehr nahe am Kollosseum, so dass man auch abends mal vorbeispazieren kann. Restaurants und Läden gleich in der Nähe, und auch die U-Bahn-Station ist nicht weit. + Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Es fehlt eigentlich nichts Wichtiges (ausser ein scharfes Messer, aber vielleicht haben wir das auch einfach nicht gefunden) - Der grösste Nachtteil aus unserer Sicht ist die Bar gleich gegenüber des Schlafzimmerfensters. An zwei Abenden während unseres 5-tägigen Aufenthaltes war bis lange nach Mitternacht ein solcher Lärm mit Gesang und Geschrei auf der Strasse, dass wir (die wir uns als nicht besonders lärmempfindlich einstufen) wirklich nicht schlafen konnten. - Überhaupt ist diese Wohnung sehr schlecht lärmisoliert. Man hört viele Geräusche auch des Hauses. Wenn jemand im Treppenhaus spricht oder eine andere Wohnungstür aufgeschlossen wird, hast Du das Gefühl, die Leute kämen direkt zu Dir in die Wohnung, so laut hört man das. - Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr dunkel mit wenig Tageslicht. - Das warme Wasser kommt sehr variabel. Das kann etwas unangenehm sein, wenn Du die Haare voll Shampoo hast und dann nur noch kalt kommt in den nächsten 10 Minuten...

Buongiorno Mirjam, Grazie per aver recensito la mia struttura mi dispiace se hai avuto problemi con l'acqua calda ma sia prima che dopo il tuo soggiorno ha sempre funzionato forse può essere stato un abbassamento di pressione dell'acqua ma ti avevo avvisato di chiamarmi per qualsiasi problema e ti avrei sistemato il problema se esisteva un problema! Per il locale di fronte purtroppo non c'è nessuna dipendenza da parte nostra sei in centro città e la possibilità di sentire qualche schiamazzi notturno può capitare mi dispiace ti ripeto ma in casa abbiamo anche doppi vetri quindi non puoi dire che l'appartamento non è insonorizzato. Grazie

l'appartamento è situato in posizione ideale il proprietario è cordiale e disponibile e dà buoni consigli. facilmente raggiungibile in caso di necessità. l'appartamento era molto pulito e i letti comodi. idealmente situato vicino al Colosseo! abbiamo ascoltato i consigli di Manuella per i ristoranti ed è stato perfetto. diamo 6 stelle! torneremo qui appunto

Beautiful apartment

This is a beautiful modern apartment two blocks from the Coliseum. It is exactly as pictured. We just stayed there with our two kids and it was a perfect location. It is well stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very helpful. There are restaurants and grocery store within a block or two. We would definitely stay here again.

Appartement bien aménagé, agréable pour un séjour à plusieurs, très bien localisé

Accueil par Manuela bien agréable, appartement neuf, propre, avec aménagements ok. Il manque juste une machine à laver le linge. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter la ville historique. Manuela remet à votre arrivée des cartes de restaurants voisins où une remise est accordée. Chambre sur la rue un peu bruyante certains soirs (bar irlandais en face) surtout quand c'est la victoire de l'AS ROMA.

Merci d'avoir apprécié mon installation nouvellement ouverte, en fait, nous attendons de recevoir la machine à laver déjà commandée à placer dans la salle de bain. En ce qui concerne le bruit provenant du pub près de la structure,Je suis désolé mais cela n'arrive pas toutes les années que Roma passe aux demi-finales de champion. Vous êtes des gens fantastiques, j'espère vous retrouver en tant qu'invités.
