About this property

Great property in the sunny village of Pissouri in Cyprus. Entering the property through a private nature surrounded road to reach a beautiful two-storey house standing proud at the top of a cliff. The house is positioned in the middle of a rich vineyard plantation (which if visited during the summer months will most likely be carrying a variety of juicy fresh grapes). Once you reach the houses private parking you will notice the amazing views and a glimpse of the Pissouri beach few miles away.
The house is situated in a very private area yet very near local "hot spots". Pissouri beach with all that comes with it (local restaurants, bars, water-sports etc) is within walking distance (under 2 miles) and so is Pissouri village centre. Buses to major towns Paphos and Limassol are available and can take you there within 30 minutes. If you are a nature lover, star gazer, cyclist, a group of friends looking for some summer Cypriot fun or even a family looking for a relaxing get-away this is the property for you.
All parts of the house and the land it is in are open for access by guests. (just mind the cliff if you are going for a wander)

The area around the property is a very relaxing natural environment with lots of hiking and exploration opportunities which is always enjoyable in the sunny Cypriot climate. Pissouri is well known for its challenging cycling routes. They involve a variety of cycling difficulties from flat long "airplane runways" to varying inclination roads.
The property includes a private parking area if you are driving, perfect cycling roads if you are cycling and public transport from the centre of the village only 2-3 miles walking distance.

Our home from home

This property suits us well and this was not our first visit nor will it be our last. It is quiet, within walking distance of the village (uphill) about 25 minutes where there are good facilities. We like noting more than to sit on the terrace and view the sky with very little light pollution. George is the best 'host' one could get he is always on hand to assist if needed. The facilities in the villa may not be to everyone's taste but they suit us and we know what to expect. All appliances are in good working order.

Für sich gelegen mit viel Platz

Wir waren sehr gerne in dem Haus und haben uns zum Frühstück und abends fast ausschließlich auf der großzügigen Terrasse aufgehalten. Es war herrlich, keine Nachbarn zu haben. Wir haben diese Abgeschiedenheit sehr genossen. Wir waren täglich unterwegs. Mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell am Strand und auch bei weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben auch die direkte Umgebung erwandert, ohne das Auto zu nutzen. Kleine Anmerkung: gegenüber des Hauses, über die Straße, ist ein Moto-Cross-Geländes, das die Jugendlichen des Orts gelegentlich zwischen 17:00 und 20:00 Uhr nutzen.

Paradise

Villa is beautiful in a spectacular setting. Lots of outdoor furniture for spending time outside. Wonderful star views every night and a telescope to make it even better. Wonderful host and prompt communication. Couldn't have been better

Peaceful and tranquil!

A great, detached house, set in a vineyard, with beautiful views. Completely peaceful. Well equipped and very clean. Easy access to Pissouri village and beach. Some good walking routes from the house...and you may spot the local goat herd!! George is extremely polite and always on hand if necessary. Would definitely stay here again if in Cyprus.
