Former fisherman's house completely renovated in 2017.
Located at the foot of the Léchiagat / Treffiagat dike, facing the sea, in the middle of a typical Bigouden fishing port setting.
Live to the rhythm of the ocean and maritime activity.

Diving club at 50m, return of trawlers around 4.30pm, visit of the auction and Haliotika at the port of Guilvinec.
Torche beach 10 minutes by car (ideal for surfers and other riders)

Aus dem Gartentor - Füsse im Sand

Der Garten endet tatsächlich erst dort, wo der Strand beginnt. Das Haus ist praktisch, aber trotzdem gemütlich und geschmackvoll möbiliert. Ein toller Ort in einer spannenden Ortschaft. Wer sich für Meer und Fisch interessiert, ist da richtig.

Séjour très agréable au Guilvinec

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine au Guilvinec dans la maison de Doriane. Le logement est très propre et bien équipé. L'emplacement sur le port et la vue sur la mer sont magnifiques. La lumière du soir très belle. Échanges agréables et efficaces avec Doriane. Nous retenons cette belle adresse !

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub !

Eine perfekte Unterkunft mit einem wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer und einem spannenden Einblick in das Werftgeschehen. Der Check-In und der Check-Out liefen sehr reibungslos ab (Vielen Dank an Dorianes Mutter). Die Kommunikation mit Doriane war sehr angenehm, Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Angenehm war auch der Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe. Geschäfte, insbesondere die Bäckerei, waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Die tägliche Rückkehr der Fischerboote und der sonntägliche Markt sind ein Muss. Eine sehr runde Sache und sehr gerne wieder !

Strandurlaub

Herzliche Begrüßung von Dorianes Mutter. Jederzeit Kontakt möglich bei Fragen. Sehr schönes Haus,für 4Personen perfekt. Tolle Lage,mit Blick und Zugang zum Wasser. Die Werft nebenan ist zwar mit Geräuschen verbunden,hat uns aber nicht gestört. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße…. Gläser und Tassen könnten aufgestockt werden.

schönes Domizil in Treffiagat

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Domizil. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sogar noch schöner als auf den gezeigten Bildern. Der Fischerort ist charmant und authentisch. Die nahegelegenen Sandstrände (Plage du Ster und Plage de Skividen) sind phantastisch. Vielen Dank für diese wirklich schöne Urlaubszeit!

Prachtige woning op mooie locatie.

Vier jaar geleden hebben we dit verblijf als perfect ervaren. Destijds benoemden we het een aanrader en dat gold ook voor ons. We zijn terug geweest en hebben opnieuw genoten.

Ferien mit Werfteinblick

DAs Haus ist wunderbar, komplett ausgestattet und perfekt für 2-4 Personen. Direkt am Meer und neben der Schiffswerft. Man hat jeden Tag neue Einblicke in den Unterhalt der Schiffe, oder schon beim Frühstück kann man den Riesenkran zuschauen wie er Schiffe bringt oder hohlt. Treffiagat liegt sehr gut für Ausflüge und ist verkehrstechnisch gut eingebunden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Faszinierende Lage direkt neben einer betriebsamen Bootswerft. Mit schönem Garten, Törchen zum kleinen Sandstrand, zusätzlich schöne Terrasse im Obergeschoss. Haus schön eingerichtet und sauber.

Super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, nah am Hafen

Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. An den Wänden schöne Bilder und Familienfotos. Es war ein kleiner Willkommensblumenstrauß da und ein paar Galette und Cidre! Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, incl. Handtücher, Bettbezüge und Küchentücher sowie Tischdecken (Liste vorab wäre gut zu erfragen). Die beiden Mädchen (14 Jahre) waren begeistert von dem Zimmer mit der Dachterrasse. 4 Liegestühle vorhanden. 2 Ventilatoren. 1 Doppelbett, 2 Einzelbetten. 2 Tische drin, 1 Tisch (ausziehbar) draußen, 2 Sonnenschirme, Sitzecke outdoor. Parken direkt vor der Haustüre. Seiteneingang Garten für ggf Fahrräder. Direkt nebenan ist eine Werft, auf der Fischtrawler überholt werden. Trotz der Nähe ist die Lärmbelastung relativ gering. Wir haben eher das Treiben beobachtet. Direkt vor dem Grundstück kleiner Strand (mit eigenem Zugang) und Steinplatten (bei Ebbe, sehr eben). Den Kindern hat das sehr gefallen. Man kann zu Fuß in 500-800 m alles erreichen (Markt 2x pro Woche, Sonntag und Mittwoch). Stadtkern mit Halotika-Attraktion (war wegen Covid geschlossen) an gegenüberliegender Hafenseite. Bars und Restaurants waren leider wenig geöffnet wegen Covid. In 10 Minuten Autonähe liegt der Strand "sable blanc", wirklich toll! Kleinere Strände in der Nähe. Wer nur Ruhe und Ausblick möchte, sollte sich etwas anderes suchen. Wir waren jedoch sehr zufrieden, denn von hier waren Ausflüge in die Gegend super möglich! Pointe du Raz, Penmarch Leuchtturm, Concarneau, Quimper etc. FAZIT: wirklich toll, für 4 Personen, ich würde sofort wieder dort buchen!

Tolle Lage

Wir hatten 2 schöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus. Es liegt wirklich perfekt direkt am Meer und man kann aus dem Gartentor raus und sich auf einen der Felsen setzen und die Füße ins Wasser strecken. Zum Baden sind sehr schöne Strände direkt in der Nähe. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind viele, gute Bars und Restaurants, die auch gut besucht sind, sowie eine sehr gute Bäckerei. Ein etwas längerer Spaziergang am Hafen entlang führt zu kleinen Geschäften und Supermärkten. Am Hafen selbst war es schön, dem Treiben zuzuschauen, wie die Fischerboote rein und rausfahren und wie Leute ihre Boote ins Wasser lassen. Das Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet - zum Kochen ist alles da was man braucht und auch alles recht modern. Die Bilder geben sonst einen guten Eindruck vom Objekt. Ein paar Punkte sollte man bei der Auswahl beachten: - ein Leuchtfeuer ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und leuchtet in kurzer Sequenz hell in die Schlafzimmer. Man kann aber den Rollladen ganz schließen, dann sieht man es natürlich nicht. Wir schlafen gerne bei offenem Fenster, da war es für uns nicht ganz optimal. - An der Werft wird natürlich gearbeitet, was auch ein bisschen Geräusch verursacht. Bei Flut hört man es kaum, bei Ebbe schon etwas. Wir fanden es aber ganz spannend, wie die Schiffe mit einem riesigen Kran aus dem Wasser gehoben und wieder flott gemacht werden. - Wie man auf dem Bildern sieht, ist ein Teil des Terrassenbelags schwarz und das färbt an den Füßen sehr ab und ging auch nicht so leicht wieder zu entfernen. - Uns hat in zwei Wochen Aufenthalt ein bisschen die bequemen Ecken gefehlt. Die beiden Sofas stehen im Durchgang. Zu den Liegen im Garten und auf der Terrasse gab es keine Auflagen. Man kann sich aber mit Handtüchern behelfen - dann geht das schon auch. - Die Terrasse erreicht man nur über eines der Schlafzimmer. Das ist eigentlich der schönere Sitzplatz, da sich im EG aber die Küche befindet, haben wir das letztlich nicht so sehr genutzt. Auch weil man die Terrasse nicht beschatten kann. Alles in allem, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es auf alles Fälle empfehlen.

Traumhaus am Hafen

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Häuschen am Hafen. Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung. Das Haus ist sehr lschön eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert. Man hat einen super Ausblick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Abhängig von der Tide bietet sich immer ein neues Bild. Toll ist auch die Dachterrasse mit Zugang vom Schlafzimmer. Leider hatten wir nicht immer das passende Wetter, um sie entsprechend zu nutzen. Aber wir haben trotzdem ein paar tolle Sonnenuntergänge bewundert. Vielen Dank, Doriane, für den warmherzigen Empfang.

Mit großem Komfort in herrlicher Umgebung

Die perfekte Ausstattung und die wunderbare, ruhige Lage direkt am Meer, machten das Haus zu dem schönsten Urlaubsquartier, das wir jemals hatten. Von Besitzerin und Nachbarn wurden wir herzlich aufgenommen. Die Lage des Hauses bietet ideale Voraussetzungen für all die Aktivitäten, die man sich von einem Aufenthalt am Meer wünscht.

Pour profiter pleinement de l'océan en Finistère Sud

Une très belle maison, très bien équipée, décorée avec soin. Une vue imprenable sur l'océan et la vie du chantier naval. Localisation parfaite pour profiter du Finistère Sud. La propriétaire et ses parents sont très disponibles et charmants. Tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour passer de belles vacances avec petits et grands !

Excellent séjour !

Excellent séjour dans votre location ou tout est réuni pour passer un bon moment. Très bien équipée avec une vue sur la mer que nous avons pu apprécier depuis les terrasses du RdeC et du premier étage. Le Guilvinec est une ville très agréable où le retour, chaque jour, des pêcheurs est un spectacle à ne pas manquer. Encore merci pour votre accueil Doriane et celui de vos parents. Wonderful!

This property lived up to all expectations. No hesitation in recommending a stay here. Located almost at the waters edge with plenty of activity in the adjacent boat yard and the daily return of the commercial fishing boats. Boulangerie within walking distance and restaurants and cafes a short drive away. Very good Sunday market and smaller market on Tuesday.

De super vacances !

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans la jolie maison de Doriane qui nous a accueillis avec chaleur et gentillesse et nous a donné de très bons conseils (restaurants). La maison est très bien équipée et la terrasse face à la mer vraiment agréable pour les repas. Quant à la région, nous avons beaucoup aimé son authenticité. Voir les bateaux rentrer au Guilvinec et décharger leur pêche est à faire absolument. En bref, nous conseillons vivement cette maison et encore merci à Doriane et ses parents pour leur accueil.
