This historic pet friendly cottage, 1 mile from St Teath is close to the Coast Path and good surf beaches and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

3 Newhall Green is situated in a hamlet a mile from the pub in St Teath. It’s an ancient thick-walled semi-detached cottage on two levels, made smart, warm and welcoming. It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms – a double and a twin, with bathroom. Living room and Kitchen-dining room. No TV reception. Huge garden opposite with summer house available Easter to end of Sept which has a kitchenette and shower. 3 Newhall Green is a wonderful place for relaxation. Nearby there are stunning beaches at Polzeath, Padstow, Rock and Trebarwith Strand

Microwave, fridge, freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD, Fibre Optic WiFi, Phone incoming calls only only, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for one car in a reserved parking space. One well-behaved dog welcome, please enquire if you wish to bring a second dog. Sorry no smoking.
