My house is a renovated craftsman home located in Historic East Nashville. Located walking distance to downtown or just a short uber ride ($5). You can also walk to all the restaurants and bars of east nashville’s Five Points.
2 bedroom, 2 bath, living room, eat in kitchen and great outdoor space.
House is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and fun. I will be down the street if you have any questions or need anything , just ask.

Why they chose this property
I love the location the most because you will be close to downtown but travelers also get to experience the neighborhood my family grew up in. So much history lies in East Nashville and all the best (in my opinion!) restaurants, bars and locally owned shops are walking distance!
What makes this property unique
My home was built in 1901 and the original owners/family live down the street
