Villa with pool in Siller, walking distance to the beach:
Villa Malondra is a large villa situated at the Siller district, which is within walking distance to Port Pollensa centre and its beaches. It has a very nice swimming pool area and gardens which provides plenty of space to sunbathe, for children to play, or dine at any time of the day. The Tramuntana Mountain range runs parallel to the far side of the pool, offering spectacular views of the hilltops. You will also have a shaded seating area, a covered BBQ and dining area to enjoy al fresco evening meals.Upon entering the house, there is a dining area with a table and chairs. A few steps take us to the adjacent seating area which has French doors opening onto the front side terrace. Next to this area there is another spacious lounge area with sofas and a large flat screen satellite TV. From here a door leads to one double bedroom and one en suite full bathroom. The rest of the bedrooms are on the other side of the villa, and they comprise of two twins and one double all of them sharing two bathrooms both with a bath. All bedrooms have air conditioning units (in line with local energy saving initiatives, the property has timed air conditioning on all units from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM – these times cannot be extended and/or changed)The adjacent fully equipped fitted kitchen has a breakfast table, it is equipped with all the electrical and kitchen utensils needed in a self-catering property. The kidney shape swimming pool is a bonus. It is surrounded by lots of trees, flowers, cactus and bunches, giving a tropical scene to the property itself. Completes the exterior of the villa a nice covered barbecue area totally furnished with table and benches, an ideal place for those who loves al fresco meals.

Fabulous gardens and pool area Some new towels and sheets would have been great. Air con was on timer ….ok… but not very efficient in some rooms

Fantastic location just outside Porto Pollenca

A lovely villa with beautiful well maintained mature gardens. The owner lived very close, so when we had an issue with hot water, she came round in 10 minutes and sorted it out. Beautiful linen on the beds.

The grounds and gardens are what makes this house....

Pool, outside dining and surrounding gardens are amazing. The location is really good and you do not need a car. We went on a few trips via taxi's that were all very fair prices. The inside of the house is functional, but dated. To make the holiday more enjoyable I would suggest the kitchen could include a cafetiere and some basic provisions - oil, salt pepper, tea, coffee, bin bags, dishwasher tablets. There is nothing. You have to buy everything and the cleaning staff clear everything that has been left by the previous family.. Also, there is no guest information book, so you are left to figure out how everything works, where everything is, wifi, what to do with rubbish etc on your own. The electrics are a bit dodgy too and a few of us got a bit of a shock from the oven!? Would I go back, yes, but could the house be better, yes....but the gardens and pool are perfect! Thank you.
