Apartment with a terrace and views in all of its rooms to the baroque church of Santiago, in the historical center of Zaragoza. Two minutes walk from the tram stop.
The sound elements of the church (bells) are deactivated given the proximity to the houses and do not produce any discomfort.

Wonderful hideaway in the old city

The property is in an excellent location. Easy to get to key historic sites, the tapas district (el tubo) and easy bus ride to the train station. The apartment itself is small but well provisioned. The host is so helpful with useful tips on where to eat, shop etc.

Lovely Stay

We had a wonderful stay here. The host was very attentive to details and left great suggestions for places to eat and things to see. We were very grateful for the welcome gift of toffee, milk and beer! Extra bonus for the best shower we’ve had in 4 weeks while staying in various places in Spain! The location was perfect with an easy walk to the historic district. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This delightful rental made our stay in Zaragoza an over the top experience. Enrique the owner gets an 11/10 from me for his communication his great recommendations and his service. He even arranged for our cab the day we left. Welcoming gifts greet you on arrival. The bedroom glows with lovely light and the air flows beautifully throughout.Location is great. Close to tourist sites and restaurants. Can.t recommend more enthusiastically.

Lovely place!

The host was wonderful, helped us with many things. Coffee maker and welcome gift made it so easy to get moving in the morning. Washer was a great addition. Such a good location, we could walk to the Plaza or take the tram to wherever we needed. So easy to get around. Thank you for a lovely stay in Zaragoza!

Favourite place!

For this trip we have stayed in 7 different places and the whole family ranked this one as the best, by far. The apartment is modern, clean, beautiful, and even smells great! The owner was exceptionally kind, generous and helpful. Check-in was easy, directions were perfectly accurate. The place is great and has such beautiful views of the church from every window and the patio. We were provided with welcome gifts (so appreciated and rarely done now) and multiple lists of favourite places to eat. We loved our time in Zaragoza and so appreythat we could spend it here.

Easy to find and close to all

Lovely apartment lived up to the description. The communication with property owner was incredible. Friendly and helpful. Interesting entry. You pass through the neighboring church's archway to get to the door. Easy walking distance to the old town area and all of the sites and food that are available. Grocery store a short walk.

This is a wonderful apartment; fresh and clean and with all the ammenities you may need and then some. The host, Enrique, is a wonderful communicator and very thoughtful. He provided thoughtful, and very welcome, coffee, bottled water, and other treats upon arrival that were very much appreciated. He has also equipped the apartment with other thoughtful ammenities such as plug adaptors, in case you forget yours. We throughly enjoyed the view of the gate and cathedral from the balcony.We found the apartment very quiet at night and most of the day. Being an apartment, occasionally you slightly hear others, but not during sleep. Around dinner you can smell someone's dinner cooking - fortunately, they seem to be great cooks as it smells wonderful. A couple of things to be aware of, but not a problem at all.It was a wonderful stay in a beautiful city! Thank you, Enrique!

Super Quartier in absoluter Top-Lage mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Vom Balkon aus kann man die Iglesia gefühlt anfassen ;-) Vom Quartier aus ist man in zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten im kultigen Tubo-Viertel. Danke Enrique!

Bel appartement bien situé

Bel appartement bien situé à quelques minutes à pied des attraits de la ville. Propreté A1 et bien équipé. Confortable. Attention, comme c’est situé où il y a de la vie nocturne, bruyant la nuit, surtout le samedi. Aussi, attention de fermer la climatisation de la chambre principale au moins 3 heures avant de vous coucher parce qu’elle fait un bruit infernal même plusieurs heures après l’avoir fermée. Finalement, la serrure de l’entrée à l’immeuble au rez-de-chaussée est non fonctionnel donc n’importe qui peut entrer dans l’immeuble, donc bon a savoir pour les plus nerveux. Nous avons tout de même passé un beau séjour dans cet appartement

Thank you for your comment, however, I do believe it is not a fair description of the apartment. 1. The building entrance lock works and has worked without any issues. During your stay in July, the entrance to the building was under construction works, that is why construction workers left it open so they could go in&out while working on it. 2. The apartment has two air conditioning units and two fans, however (as it was explained in a poster by the bedside table) the air conditioning unit of one of the rooms (when used for several hours) produces a humming noise to evacuate the water to the outdoor unit (due to local regulation, placing an outdoor unit on the façade is not allowed) thats why that room also has a powerful ceiling fan. 3. All the city center of Zaragoza can be noisy at times.

Enrique was so thoroughly communicative, offering help through to booking process, our stay and departure. We loved Zaragoza, it should definitely be a stop for people visiting Spain. The church next door was beautiful, the food was excellent and the people were very nice. The apartment left nothing to be desired. We were all so comfortable and relaxed, it was a great vacation spot. I would undoubtedly visit Zaragoza again and highly recommend this space.

Great property in the heart of Zaragoza. The parking situation was perfect (right across the street in fact). Open the windows and patio doors and enjoy the weather! Nice shower with multiple heads and excellent pressure. Owner and his parents were super nice and easy to deal with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
