Lovely villa with private pool set in the countryside of Pollensa, in Mallorca. A charming front terrace leads to inside the property, where there is a spacious living room. There is also a bedroom with a bathroom en suite. The living room leads to the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. To the back of the property there is a furnitured terrace, an amazing pool, a barbeque and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms that share a bathroom and another bedroom with a bathroom en suite and a small private terrace. A perfect place to relax and enjoy.

The holiday villa is located in the quiet area just 2 minutes drive from the village of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente 5 km away. The main attraction of Cala Sant Vicente is to enjoy the tranquillity and visit the various beaches such as Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molin. The crystal clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.

In the old town of Pollença you will find many shopping opportunities and a variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market here every Sunday.

The landmark of the old town are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.

Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.



Puerto de Pollença the port of Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca and about 6 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide choice of cafés and restaurants and some excellent hotels.

Tourist Tax Notice

In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to all guests aged 16 and over:

•€0.55/day per person (from November 1 to April 30)

•€2.20/day per person (from May 1 to October 31)

From the 9th night onward, the rate is reduced by 50%.

This tax can be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or in cash and is mandatory.
