Glen Ard Holiday Home is conveniently located on the edge of Dunmore East, within a few minutes stroll of the village (900m) and the two sandy coves, Counsellors and Lawlor’s (850m).

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Heating and Electricity:

For heating and electricity, a €40 charge will be taken at the time of booking. The property manager will read the meter, and any potential outstanding balance will be paid directly to the property manager.



2. Security Deposit:

A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival, or at others, it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of the year, this can increase to €500 per property.

Nice duplex in small beach town

The Dunmore East house was very nice, very comfortable, clean, and well-located. Easy walk to the shoreline and restaurants, and not far from Waterford and other areas. Quiet, clean, and nice!

Great family house

A great house for a family. Lots of space in the living area and kitchen. Main bedroom had plenty of room for us and a travel cot. Loved that there were a few puzzles for young children. Kept our ones entertained. The kitchen was well kitted out for cooking. The location was also ideal for the beach. We loved it! Just a note for families with young children to perhaps bring a portable blackout blind as the rooms were very bright in the mornings and evenings.

Lovely stay in Glen Ard holiday home.

Excellent location in Dunmore East. Lovely spacious house and garden. There were 7 of us and a baby. Very good contact with contact manager who was very helpful. A few minor little problems with the house but the contact manager sorted them out quickly. I think if the owner of the house stayed here for a week, they would see that a few improvements are needed!

Party House

Great place for a family gathering, loads of room to sit and chat. Had a fab break meeting lots of family pity about the weather! Kim was fantastic very informative. More teatowels could be included ! I had an issue with the extra charge for utilities think this should be included in the price, charge more in off season felt it just added to the cost and it seemed expensive before that charge.

Great Location, large house.

The location was excellent, we went to the beach every day and had a swim in the mornings. The neighbours are lovely and its all very safe. The house itself had everything we needed and was great for our 6 and 3 year old to play in with ample room for everyone. It's a very large property. I had to work from the house so the lack of internet was not ideal, it is important that people know this upfront to allow time to find an alternative solution if there is a need to work from the location. However it was great for the kids not be stuck on a screen and they were able to watch the DVD's made available.

House accommodated 7 people but there was only 6 forks in the cutlery drawer, also no instructions left reference how to use the tv or heating for the water.
