3 KING Blue Coyote Hideaway S1 in Rim Village (the highest rated condos in Moab!).

This secluded unit is one of a kind due to the location and privacy, yet it is located only 5-8 minutes south of downtown Moab, Utah. We are within minutes of Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point, Dinosaur tracks, the Colorado River, The Moab Golf Club, white water rafting, mountain biking/hiking/jeeping trails, etc…, but not in the hustle and bustle of downtown Moab!

LOTS of trailer parking!

*Reverse Osmosis water and ice. Stainless steel pans, wooden cutting boards and much more.

*5G wireless internet (1 TB (1,000 GB) with speed of 100 Mb Download/10 Mb Upload)

*Active NetFlicks on 3 TV's in the condo. (Smart TV for all 3 rooms).

*Active Netflix, Active YouTube TV for your use. Also hundreds of LG channels, see button on TV remote.

*75" Big Screen LG Smart TV in main room.

*Sound bar in main room - Visio with Bass - Bluetooth for music or use with the TV for a Home theater experience.

*50" LG Smart TV's in 2 guest bedrooms with King Beds.

*Master bedroom has 60' Smart Flat Screen TV.

The Large Master Bedroom has a King Bed and Large Master Bathroom.

The other two bedrooms have King Beds as well.

Two roll away beds for guests 7 & 8. Just know that they are not as comfortable as a true bed. And a portable crib available in the hall closet.

The kitchen includes those 'extra' items so you can create an exquisite dinner and set a beautiful table to make your vacation memorable.

*Dining table has leaf inside it to expand for larger seating shown in picture.

You will get a restful and relaxing night's sleep nestled in the high-quality linens and down bedding (other bedding is optional for people with allergies).

The two-car garage provides you with a safe place to store those valuable 'toys' you may bring along, such as your mountain bikes, jeeps, or the hot-rod you're bringing for the Moab car show. Wash tub in the garage to clean up after a long day of activities for your toys.

We also provide a BBQ grill, and utensils to fix a meal. Eat out on the large patio (Seating for 8+) for those great summer day’s that you want to spend outdoors. The Rim views from the private patio will be a constant reminder of the beautiful area you've chosen to spend your vacation without the blistering hot West sun.

Pool and Hot Tub in Rim Village - Pool opens in April and Hot tub is open year around! They are just a hundred feet away from our door!

We have equipped our Moab vacation rental with everything necessary to make your stay convenient and comfortable plus some extra’s that you will love! If we are missing something please leave us suggestions!

You will be able to access all of the house. One storage space in the garage you will not be able to access.

The Blue Coyote "Hideaway" is located in Rim Village (the highest rated condos in Moab!). Our patio is not in the West sun heat. Perfect for a great night BBQ.

We were 3 couples staying at this place - very nice to each have a king bed. It was very clean and quiet. It was not far from the communal pool. The outside patio was pleasant to sit on - and not in the hot evening sun.

Spring Visit to Moab

Blue Coyote Hideaway was perfect for a group of seniors visiting Moab to ride ATVs. The living area was spacious and we also enjoyed the patio, with two tables and plenty of space to enjoy dinner outside. There were plenty of towels, pillows, etc. and the kitchen was well equipped, too.

We visited Moab to do some 4-wheeling for the weekend & this was the perfect condo for my family of 6. Everything went perfectly and the condo was super cute and clean. The host was very helpful and kind & responded quickly to any questions we had! The location was perfect and we loved having the garage available for our side by sides and tools. It was also nice that there was plenty of parking for our trucks and trailers. Would definitely stay there again!

Why they chose this property

We decided to purchase this property because we stayed in the MANY condo's over the past 9 years while visiting multiple times during the year. We stayed in this condo while in Moab for our wedding and honeymoon, and we had to have it! We fell in love with the place. It was perfect. We love how quiet and secluded condo is compared to the others in the area. We love the look, feel and the personal touches that the previous owners had. (True Customer Service) So it has special meaning to us and we want to share it with you.

Rim Village is the best place to stay in Moab. The quality and location of the property is phenomenal! We want to continue to make people feel at home while they stay in our Hideaway. We keep upgrading it every time we visit to the latest and greatest gadgets. If we don't have it, please suggest it. We want to give our guests the best experience while at our "Hideaway"
