Die Kommunikation ist perfekt und wir wurden persönlich empfangen und reingelassen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock mit teilweise waghalsigen Stufen. Küche gut ausgestattet. War für meine gebuchten 5 Nächte ausreichend.

A cosy apartment in Alfama

We were welcomed professionally by our welcome manager and both early baggage drop-off and check-in were nicely handled. The apartment is clean, cosy, equipped and very well situated in Alfama with everything in proximity. Furthermore, we could access whole Lisbon by foot. Unfortunately there was problem with sewage odours coming out of the bathroom. The situation was well-handled and we got a partial refund.

L’emplacement de cet appartement est parfait , nous avons pu visiter Lisbonne quasiment entièrement à pied. On se sent effectivement comme à la maison dans cet appart , il est très bien aménagé ( meme une machine à laver séchante !!! ). La cordialité et le professionnalisme des personnes qui nous ont reçu ( ils ont tout fait pour régler qqs petits soucis d’électricité , ils sont disponibles et à l’écoute) . Pour des séjours de plus d’une semaine : le renouvellement du papier toilette , du liquide vaisselle serait bien. Bien vérifier que le linge de lit pour le canapé convertible est présent et changé. Bien vérifier le nombre d’occupants pour les serviettes. Vérifier propreté du lave vaisselle ( surtout le filtre intérieur) . Vérifier que tout fonctionne avant une nouvelle arrivée .

Great location for exploring Lisbon on foot

Great view over the sea from the apartment. Good air con as it was hot when we stayed here so we closed the windows and switched on the a/c a few nights.
