Nicole 1 is a very nice and tastefully furnished apartment located in a residential complex with swimming pool in Germignaga. Shops, the lake and restaurants are easily accessible on foot (around 300 m). The apartment is on the ground floor and has a beautiful view of the lake, has a surface of 65sqm and has a living room with satellite TV, sofa bed and fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower, double bedroom and bedroom with two beds. Outside there is a large terrace with a ping-pong table and a barbecue. For animals (no big dogs) there is a cost.
