Great location in a private condominium with a fabulous view, great for those who want to spend a quiet and relaxed vacation. It is 5 minutes’ walk from the beach of the Germans, 10 minutes’ walk from the center of Albufeira and 5 minutes’ walk to the street of the bars.

As parking is in the house, however, once the parked car will not need it for anything, everything is at hand, beach, pastry shops, Take Away, restaurants, downtown Albufeira, bars, etc. In a radius of 500m are all serv...

Located 500m from the beach of the Alemães also call Forte de São João, in one of the most prestigious areas of Albufeira. Access to the beach is made with the greatest of facilities, given the proximity.

Nice Clean House

The house was as expected, very clean and had all you needed to have a nice relaxing holiday and cook if you wanted. BBQ was great and had utensils which is rare in many places I have stayed previously. It is close to many shops and restaurants and short walk to new town strip. Pool area was quiet and clean. I would stay here again.

Just perfect👌

We couldn’t fault anything, lovely spacious rooms with everything you need. Pool is amazing and the roll out awning was handy for shade after a day in the sun. The location is just perfect, 5-10 minutes walk to the strip and 10 minutes to the beach. A taxi to old town was only €5. David was an excellent host and always on hand should you need anything. All in all a great holiday and you won’t be disappointed if you choice to stay here.

Essentials Missing

We were very disappointed to find there was NO TOILET PAPER, no soap in the bathrooms, no dishwashing pellets, for the dishwasher, no liquid soap to wash dishes with, and no dish clothes or pot scrubbers. It was in the 90s and the condo did not have air-conditioning. It did cool off at night, but there were no screens anywhere. We opened the windows, but then were bothered by mosquitoes all night long.

Worst VRBO, we have ever stayed at!

Definitely not for international travelers. We arrived to No: toilet paper, (one roll), no dish soap, no hand soap, no laundry detergent no dishwasher soap no dish cloth no dish towel. Not even salt and pepper. We had to buy everything. We had a broom but no dustpan and no cleaning products beds were incredibly hard. Not comfortable at all, we had very hot weather during our stay only to discover the condo had no AC, so we had to leave the windows open. Unfortunately, they had no screens. Mosquito invasion occurred making nighttime sleep unbearable. No fan to move the hot air around. Then we were double charged for the week by the leasing company. VRBO only charged us their service fee and left the billing up to a local company. We had a horrendous time getting the charges reversed. It likely would not have been noticed until our credit card company notified us. It became quite stressful when the property manager said it was actually my fault! Would not recommend to my friends or others.

Casa confortável e bem localizada

Casa super confortável e em excelente localização, onde se tem tudo a poucos passos de casa. Extremamente limpa e com tudo o que é necessário para quem vai de férias para uma “casa”. Fomos com nossos cães, onde também tinham jardim privado para estarem! O David nos passou dicas valiosas! Experiência a repetir com certeza!

Très belle location bien équipée et idéalement située avec accès direct à la piscine

Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire qui nous a indiqué les choses à faire/ voir aux alentours et dans la région. Belle maison, deux chambres avec accès salle de bain et WC privatifs + terrasses, vue mer et piscine semi privée. Idéalement située à 2 pas de commerces et pas loin de la vieille ville d’Albufeira, elle même située au cœur de la côte de l’Algarve. Vacances au top! Je recommande sans hésitation !

Schönes Haus , nette Vermieter …aber

David ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und das Haus an sich und die Lage waren auch top. Leider waren die Betten sowie das Sofa nicht sehr bequem. Auch sollte man wissen, dass dieses Haus über keine Heizung verfügt und somit war es mit 17 Grad bei unserer Ankunft leider so kalt, dass wir sehr gefroren haben. Den Pool konnten wir aufgrund der kalten Temperaturen leider nicht nutzen, jedoch ist er wesentlich größer und schöner als die Bilder es vermuten lassen. Insgesamt ist das Haus, wenn nicht gerade zu einer kalten Jahreszeit gebucht sicherlich empfehlenswert, zumal man direkt vor der Tür parken . Zusätzlich wird die Wohnanlage durch ein großes Tor mit Fernbedienung zusätzlich abgesichert. Somit gibt es keinerlei Verkehr vor dem Haus. Leider war die Batterie der Fernbedienung zur Toreinfahrt gleich zu Anfang unseres Aufenthaltes leer, sodass wir uns auf unsere Kosten eine neue Batterie kaufen mussten. Schade, denn so etwas sollte ein Vermieter überprüfen. Die Terrassenmöbel waren voller Sahara Staub und mussten von uns erst einmal gereinigt werden bevor wir sie nutzen konnten. Grill in der Küche nur mit Portugiesischer Anleitung . Wifi funktionierte nicht. Ansonsten alles ok.

Super séjour

La maison est super bien situé. A moins de 10 minutes à pieds d'une grande plage, et pas très loin du Strip (rue très festive hors COVID). L'accès à la résidence est sécurisé. Les parties communes sont très bien entretenu, les jardins et piscines sont propres. La maison est fidèle aux photos et offre beaucoup d'équipement dans la cuisine. Le gérant est disponible. Seul petit bémol pour le wifi il faut acheter une carte.

Excelente estadia

Localização fantástica próximo da praia dos Alemães, a casa confirme as fotografias e muito limpo. Fomos com os nossos 2 cães e o jardim da casa deu imenso jeito. A vista pra piscina e jardim é óptimo e muito agradável. Estamos perto de tudo sem ter o incomodo do barulho e da confusão. O Anfitrião, o Sr David António, é espetacular👍 Recomendo a 100%, vale mesmo a pena. 😃

Bom alojamento, sossegado mas perto de tudo. Bons espaços e comodidades. Piscina à porta e um bom espaço exterior com um grelhador (para quem gosta). Falta apenas um ponto de água para ajudar a limpar esta zona. Bem equipado e com tudo o que se precisa. Se pretende wi-fi tem um hotspot móvel que pode utilizar mas limitado ao que a rede móvel dá. Recomendo

Excelente Semana de férias em Família

Moradia V2 geminada espaçosa, tendo a mesma dois andares e duas suites (três casas de banho), situada dentro de um condomínio privado e sossegado, em que para além de estar bem equipada, uma das mais valias desta oferta para umas boas férias em família é o facto de aceitar animais de estimação. Levámos connosco dois cães pequenos, uma vez que a moradia (tal como atestam as fotos do anuncio da mesma) possui um ótimo jardim privativo, no qual podemos igualmente fazer as nossas refeições e disfrutar de uns bons banhos de sol, já que o mesmo tem acesso direto à área da piscina. Para quem, tal como nós gosta de passar férias (já há alguns anos) em Albufeira e na zona da Oura, ou das Areias de São João, de referir também a excelente localização da mesma, isto é, por ex. perto da praia dos Alemães e Forte de São João. O anfitrião e dono da casa é muito simpático e prestável, dando inclusive ótimas sugestões. Recomendo e a repetir.

We had a great holiday and loved the condominium. The garden gave great privacy and we had the pool to ourselves most days as it is out of season. There was a great variety of glasses plates etc. One minus was no hairdryer but the sun dried our hair quickly! The area is so central to the strip,old Town and lots of very good restaurants.

We stayed for two weeks. The house was lovely, it had a lot of what looked link brand new equipment including sofa, television, cooker and showers. There were four adults staying and there was plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed the garden and the barbecue. We found the house convenient for the new town, the old town and local transport. If we return to the Algarve we would like to rent this house again.
