While you're here you'll have access to the grill out back and the waterfront fire pit. Enjoy the back deck of the house or the brand new waterfront deck and easily accessible dock that fits two boats.

This home has an away from the city feel but is minutes away from local bars and restaurants which makes it a great place to be. While you're in town try Epic Chophouse, JJ Wasabi's and Toast Cafe in Davidson. Close to everything you need around the popular Lake Norman area.

The house is minutes away from I-77, which allows a short drive to downtown Davidson and Birkdale Village in Cornelius. A great stay!

We had a really nice time at the lakehouse! It was so clean inside and had everything we needed. The deck by the water was where we spent most of our time and the best part was the giant tree provided a lot of shade almost all day! We also rented the boat and while it was pricey we were happy with it and the communication around the rental and operating it were really easy. We'd love to come back and stay longer! Tip for those booking: the temperature was comfortable throughout the house but the back right bedroom got the coldest if that's important to ya ;)

Great little getaway!

Although we weren’t able to stay as long as we had hoped (work related conflicts) the property was great! Very cozy inside with a relaxing back deck with views of the inlet.

Great spot!

We went up for a lacrosse tournament with a few teenage girls. Perfect place for adults and kids. House was great as all reviews say, but having the outside bar area was key for the adults to hang out while the teenagers took over the living room. Girls had a blast playing off the dock swimming and kayaks, and the back deck is perfect for morning coffee and relaxing. Wish we had more time at the house and will rent this again for sure!
