Colonial house has 2 fully equipped private kitchen , 2 living rooms , master bedroom located on the ground level . Complimentary private parking space up to 4 cars at peaceful and Safe Neighborhood. Short walk to the Patty O’s cafe , bakery , antique stores and about 15 min away from Shenandoah national park! Two comfortable bedrooms with Jack and Jill half bathroom located upstairs . Every bedroom has comfy queen size beds , with high end sheets , pillows ,soft blankets .Every room has windows with natural light . Two full size bathrooms , fully equipped kitchens and living rooms located downstairs. We provide excellent quality soft towels, shampoo, soap , hairdryer and more. Each bathroom has extra bright lights to help you to look your best for coming up events . Iron equipment located downstairs in the closet . Our house has excellent 5 stars reviews, we are super host for several years ! We available by phone call/text 24/7. We'll give you Complete Privacy during your stay .We asking our guests to keep outside noises down after 10 pm . If you absolutely have to bring your pet please let’s discuss it ! The Pet must be house trained , stay off of bedding and furniture , the pet must keep on leash or cage when left alone at the house . We change pet fees of $100. The additional cleaning or damage fees may apply to remove pet hair from bedding or replace damaged furniture , please let’s discuss it

Wonderful stay near Shenandoah

My parents, sister-in-law, niece, daughter and I stayed at this lovely property in Little Washington for a couple of nights at the end of March. We rented the entire house which consists of a two bedroom apartment with one and a half baths along with a one bedroom with an additional bathroom. There is a door inside that connects the two units. There were also two kitchens in this case. We mainly used the larger kitchen which is part of the 1-bedroom apartment. The cottage was so thoughtfully appointed with spices, some welcome snacks, even some coffee and tea, along with all of the usual cleaning, cooking supplies, and linens. The beds were comfortable. The heating/cooling was excellent. We were able to put the two small tables together to form one big table for meals and games. We were extremely comfortable.The location is also great as it is in the town of Little Washington which is very quaint and historic, and really a lovely place to spend a relaxing weekend. Our host Oxana was so gracious to take us on a mini-tour of the little town which we really appreciated. It was very easy to communicate with her. The location is also 15 minutes away from the Thornton Gap entrance to Shenandoah which was why we were there. It was so much more comfortable for our group to stay at this cottage than staying in 2-3 separate rooms with no kitchen at one of the lodges in the park. I highly recommend staying here if you are interested in touring any of the nearby sights!

This was our third time staying at this very clean and updated property. The owners are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - within the little town of Washington and near The Inn at Little Washington. The house has everything one needs with warm touches like coffee and snacks. Shenandoah Get-Away

The property and hostess were amazing. Oxana was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area, and the house had all the amenities. It’s a great location for visiting Shenandoah National Park and other attractions in the area, such as several Civil War battlefields. We highly recommend this experience.

The 353 Calvert Street property is a real gem. Location, location, location - in the heart to Washington, VA. Spacious living room for lively discussions. Seats outside when the weather is nice. Welcoming treats in the kitchen. Grand ambiance yet country charm. Can't go wrong with this one!

We had a wedding in the area so that is why we chose this VRBO. It was as described with 2 full baths and a 1/2 bath upstairs. The kitchen was well appointed and parking was easy. We would stay here again.

My spouse and parents were having dinner at the Inn and found this gem. It’s an old house with some fun quirks, but clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Hosts stocked it nicely and it was a great location for dinner at the Inn and walking around the neighborhood. Would definitely go back.

The house is wonderfully located, a short walk to the Inn at Little Washington, and a reasonably short drive to Shenandoah National Park. It is extremely well-equipped, and while it has some of the quirks of old houses, we had a good, comfortable stay.

Wonderful House in Washington Virginia

This is a lovely home that has all the amenities for a very comfortable stay. You are also provided nice extras like 2 Kitchens, snacks, water, Coffee, Kleenex Tissues, Luxurious towels and bedding, great lighting in the bathroom and wonderful shower heads. You are in a very pretty area in the Virginia countryside. If you want to splurge on a Michelin 3* restaurant - the Inn at Little Washington is a 5 minute walk. They also have a more casual dining option called Patti O's across the street. You also are close to Shenandoah National park for beautiful scenery and hiking options. Jeff and Oxana are very helpful and responsive. You will thoroughly enjoy your visit.
