This handsome, pet friendly period farmhouse in Millbrook, is close to sandy beaches and can sleep twelve people in six bedrooms.
A ten minute lane walk from Millbrook and from the big sandy beach at Whitsand Bay via a cliff path is Tregonhawke Farmhouse, the origins of which go back to the 16th cent. Set over two levels, sleeping twelve in six bedrooms two double, a family, two twin and a single. Big fitted farmhouse kitchen with table, chairs and benches in the middle, equally big living room with wood burner, separate TV room. At ground level is a shower-room and separate toilet. Upstairs, two family bathrooms. To one side is a very pretty, enclosed garden with large lawn, garden furniture and BBQ. Mature trees and farmland surround it and about a three minutes walk away there is a coarse fishing lake (carp, tench, roach, rudd, bream and perch some as large as 25lbs!).
Amenities: Central heating with wood burner. Microwave, fridge, freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc.Bed linen inc in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for four cars. Enclosed garden with barbecue. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property.
