About this property

Pool and Beach View House

House with 3 floors and a basement with garage. It has a large living room with views of the beach and the pool. The pool and the beach that are less than 20 and 40 meters respectively. It has a fireplace in perfect conditions of use. Renovated and well equipped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms (1 with a King Size bed, 2 with a Queen Size bed and 1 with two single beds). All mattresses are new. 1 bathroom and 1 toilet completely renovated. Pool and area for children.

On the main floor you can find a large living room with fireplace in perfect working order to make a fire on the coldest days. It has a large kitchen completely renovated with gallery where you can find a washing machine and a dryer. On this floor is the completely renovated toilet. Finally, you will find a great terrace overlooking the pool and the children's area where you can enjoy your meals.

On the first floor there are 3 fully equipped rooms. The first room has 2 single beds. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. Both rooms have access to a terrace from which you can enjoy the views of the sea and the pool. The last room on this floor has a queen size bed. On this floor is the main bathroom completely renovated.

In the attic of the house you can find a great room with a king size bed, a space for reading and a terrace overlooking the sea and the pool.

The house has hot and cold air conditioning.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people. In addition, there is room in the rooms to include a baby cot.

Towels and bedding are made available to guests, as well as several games in case guests want to use several. We also prepare a series of complimentary details, such as coffee, tea, etc. for our guests

Finally, guests can park their cars in the garage of the house or in front of it and can leave their bags or objects that they will not use during their trip in this garage.

Guests can access the communal pool that is less than 20 meters from the house through a path enabled for it.

Through this same step, they can access the beach, less than 30 meters from the property.

Less than 5 meters from the house, there is an area for children that has benches and street lamps for the smallest of the family.

Great stay

Great and comfortable stay at this property! You have to bring your own beach supplies (towels, umbrella, chairs) but the beach is clean and just steps away. Everything worked great and Mary was extremely responsive and helpful.

Tranquilidad al lado de la playa.

Casa muy bien ubicada. Al lado del mar y con una piscina comunitaria grande y limpia. Zona muy tranquila. Lo menos bueno los vecinos. Gente poco amigable y que te miran medio raro. Pero bueno aceptable. La persona de contacto de la casa muy amable y pendiente de cualquier cosa. La casa limpia y con habitaciones amplias y con vistas al mar. Muy recomendable.

Difícil

Deixo constància que no ens van esperar per donar-nos la clau (vam tenir un retard de dues hores degut a cues imprevisibles a la carretera provocades per diversos accidents), i vam haver de fer 100 km de volta per anar a buscar-la a casa de la propietària. Quan vam arribar vam veure que al costat de la porta hi havia un calaixet amb combinació per deixar la clau. ens va fer molta ràbia, després de 8 hores de conduir amb cues, fer dues hores més. A més, la casa està que s'aguanta amb pinces. Tot el que toques es pot trencar o desmuntar. Tot semblava prou net, però un hule (sotaestovalles de plàstic) que voliem fer servir no li havien passat un drap humit des de feia anys. Una porta del balcó de l'habitació petita no tancava bé (l'oscilobatent estava trencat, sembla). La maneta de la porta del bany quasi se'ns queda a les mans: la part de dalt no estava enganxada. El garatge és inutilitzable: vam intentar entrar un vehicle i ens va rascar per sota dos cops. Hi havia un cop a la pica de la cuina. Una nit, la porta del bany de baix se'ns va quedar tancada i vam haver de desmuntar el pany per deixar sortir el meu fill. El llum de la sala estava mig desmuntat (no el vam tocar per por d'espatllar-lo més). Tot i això , s'ha de dir que els llits eren còmodes i la roba neta. Les tovalloles estaven bé. I el lloc també es agradable. Els veins no son gaire col·laboratius, deuen estar enfadats perquè es una zona tancada i no els hi agrada que hi vagi gent nova cada vegada: ens van fer canviar un dels cotxes aparcat davant de casa perquè deien que no els deixava sortir del seu parking (no ho vaig entendre però els vam complaure). En resum, no va ser gens fàcil.

El Alojamiento es exáctamente como está descrito en el anuncio. Cuenta con buenas camas, buena ducha, cerca del mar, piscina limpia y tranquilidad más que suficiente (Mayo 2021). Estos son requisitos esenciales para unas buenas vacaciones en familia

It is a very Spanish resort no English and no body speaks English - neighbours do not like noise and complained when we were sitting outside. It was a lovely property although could do with another shower as one for 8 people as that is what it sleeps is not enough

Fantastic newly renovated villa on the beach

Great location on second line to the beach with lovely sea wave background. This house benefits from a large community pool which was really fantastic for the kids. It is beautifully decorated with simple white & blue colours. Great atmosphere and a real step up from the rest of the villas available for rent. However, there is no seaview from the terrace ground floor because of the pool large white fance. Seaview is great from the first floor balcony of the villa. Great choice, would come back again.

Una casa completamente equipada y nueva

La casa estaba perfecta, completamente equipada y limpia. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la ducha el primer día y la propietaria enseguida mandó a alguien a arreglarlo. Está a pocos metros de la playa y con el coche se llega rápido al parque natural, que es muy recomendable. ¡Repetiría sin dudarlo!
