The apartment, fully equipped, is located on the second floor with elevator in a building completely renovated in 2015 at 20 meters from the beach of Cala Millor and contains all the necessary amenities for you to spend an exceptional holiday: air conditioning, heating, wifi , double glazed windows and terrace.
The living space is 42 square meters comprising a fully equipped open kitchen: fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, ceramic hobs, coffee maker and toaster.
Living / dining room with dining table, sofa bed for 2 people and large TV. From the living room you can access the 10 square meter terrace with direct views of the sea.
The room is equipped with 2 single beds and built-in wardrobe and has a window overlooking the beach.
Bathroom completely renovated with shower.
The rooms, the sofa bed and the bathroom are equipped with sheets and clean towels upon arrival
