Completely and extensively renovated in spring 2019, this apartment is modern and comfortably furnished. It has a vacation rental license from the Tourism Authority. It is located directly on the beach and has a frontal sea view. The living area is 45 m2 plus 12 m2 of covered terrace with table, chairs, deck chairs and parasol. Special highlights of the apartment are heat and noise-insulated windows of the "Climalit Silence" brand, shutters in front of all windows (electric in the living room), air conditioning hot / cold in the living room and bedroom, 2 large satellite TV flat screen TV in the living room and Bedroom, fast fiber optic internet (own private network), WiFi (own private network), washing machine, iron / ironing board, dishwasher, safe, deck chairs for the terrace, large glass shower cabin with rain shower and separate hand shower, electric towel dryer, hair dryer.

Summary

Stay was very pleasant, all you need is close , home is quiet, but it was in low season. Beach access very close, nice walk to Punta Amer. Unfortunately for Maiorca there are much too many large concrete buildings, but it is for tourist money....

schöner Kurzurlaub

Sauber , modern eingerichtet , Küchenzeile mit Spülmaschine , Ceranfeld , Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle , je 1 Fernseher im Wohn u. Schlafraum , grosse Dusche mit Glaswand , Klimaanlage im Wohn und Schlafraum , netter Empfang freundlicher Service es fehlten Weingläser, die auf Nachfrage per WApp am nächsten Tag sofort geliefert wurden … mit einer Flasche Wein. Sogar Sonnenschirme für den Strand , Waschmaschine und Safe . Tolle Lage ziemlich am Ende der Bucht dadurch nicht so laut… Wirklich direkt am Sandstrand , und das tollste jeden Morgen spektakuläre Sonnenaufgänge. Ich war sehr zufrieden

Le meilleur logement que nous ayons eu

Magnifique appartement, meublé et décoré avec goût, avons été très bien accueillis et avons eu toutes les informations nécessaires. Il manque juste 1 casserole un peu plus grande, la cafetière était entartrée, mais il y en avait 1 et ce n est pas toujours le cas. Nous avons aussi eu une coupure d eau, mais ça personne n y peu rien. Appartement idéalement situé en face de la plage avec une vue magnifique. Et avec 2 jeux de clefs, ça c'était 1 premiere et c'est très pratique. Je recommande vraiment.

Entspannt schöne Tage

verbrachten wir in diesem Appartement. Es war alles genauso, wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar bzw. direkt vor der Tür. Bushaltestelle zum öffentlichen Bus nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, besser geht es fast nicht. Check in / Check out / Betreuung zugewandt und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank dafür! Das Appartement ist eine klare Empfehlung. Viele Grüße aus Hamburg!

Sonnenaufgänge am Meer im Dezember - wunderschön

Die Wohnung ist so schön wie angeboten, gute Raumaufteilung und moderne Einrichtung. Tolle Sonnenaufgänge, direkt am Strand, im Winter ausserordentlich ruhig. Ausserdem: Ganz nahe bei Biggi's :-) Einige Verbesserungsvorschläge haben wir doch: 2 Waschmaschinentabs für Geschirrspüler, etwas Waschmittel, mehr Küchentücher zur Verfügung stellen würden die Kundenfreundlichkeit mit geringem Aufwand massiv erhöhen.

Appartement gelegen op de eerste verdieping. Al het nodige is aanwezig, zeer mooi vernieuwd appartement, ideaal voor 2personen, wandelingen in het noorden van Mallorca zijn zeker aan te raden. Prijs kwaliteit een zeer goed appartement. Het terras heeft zon tot ongeveer 11.30u

Tolles Apartement, immer wieder gern!

Das Apartment ist wirklich schön modern eingerichtet und super ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Sonnenschirme, Küchen-Ausstattung etc.) ! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und die Lage schön ruhig. Trotzdem ist man innerhalb kürzester Zeit im Zentrum. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür und sehr einladend. Es gibt auch genügend Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

Great location and apartment

The place is nicer than in the pictures, great views from the balcony and the couch. We even moved the inside table over to the glass doors on cold days so we could enjoy the views. There were things missing from the listing, but as soon as we mentioned it they brought new ones to replace the ones missing. Everything excellent and totally revoked.

L'appartement correspondait vraiment aux photos de l'annonce. Bien équipé, les draps et serviettes de toilettes sont même changer à la moitié du séjour. Emplacement exceptionnel, vue sur la mer, endroit calme. Bon accueil. À recommander à toutes personnes venant à Cala Millor.

Moderne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und technisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Besonders schön ist die Lage direkt am Strand von Cala Millor mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick sowohl aus dem Wohnzimmer als auch aus dem Schlafzimmer direkt auf das Meer. Ein helles und modernes Bad und ein großer Balkon runden den durchweg positiven Eindruck ab. Daher könnte ich mir auch zukünftig gut vorstellen diese Wohnung wieder zu mieten!

Traumhafte Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal. Supermärkte und Restaurants sowie Shoppingmile sind fußläufig in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Sehr saubere Wohnung und sehr nette Betreuung.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt und modern eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Zur Begrüßung gab es sogar Obst und Knabbereien. Die Lage und Aussicht aufs Meer sind traumhaft. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder.
