The day-room is great!

Loved the windowed day-room/living-room. Great place to relax and read. Free use of bicycles was a real bonus. There is a direct path to a trail that leads downtown, just a 15min ride. Many buses also available. Plenty of parking if you drive. Local grocery stores and a few restaurants - much better than the touristy restaurants downtown.

Le compte n’y était pas

Le quartier est calme, et très bien situé. En voiture, vous accédez facilement à des parkings proches du centre, en 10 minutes. Par contre, l’appartement n’est pas adapté pour début mars. Les climatisations ne le chauffent pas bien. Les fenêtres sont de vraies passoires thermiques. Celles du salon ne ferment pas, ni celle de la salle de bain bleue, qui la rend inutilisable à cette saison. La porte du dernier étage ne ferme pas non plus. Nous avons eu du vent la nuit, difficile de dormir avec les fenêtres, comme l’impression d’être dehors… Les photos ne correspondent plus à la réalité : il n’y a pas de lit double, les matelas des lits enfants sont sommaires et pas adaptés aux adultes. Et des pièces ont été repeintes. Les vélos n’étaient pas disponibles. Sinon le salon est cosy et bien décoré. Le propriétaire est adorable. Il n’y a que 4 tabourets fatigués dans la cuisine pour manger au chaud. A 5, ne pas venir en hiver. C’était donc un peu cher pour l’usage que nous avons pu en faire.

Easy to get to Seville

This property fit the needs of our group of 7 from the USA well. It is a few blocks to walk to the bus line, as well as a nice restaurant that was moderately priced. The host was quite nice, and he even includes a few breakfast items in the refrigerator that we all enjoyed.

Woning was zoals omschreven, prima met vijf volwassenen.

Prima keukenuitrusting, bedden goed. Op een paar minuten lopen rechtstreeks de bus naar het centrum en genoeg winkels voor dagelijkse boodschappen. Vanwege werkzaamheden wel wat lawaai en daardoor misschien ook regelmatig rioollucht. Voor een deel van de groep waren de blaffende honden s nachts erg storend. Fijn om in verder rustige wijk te zitten na intensieve toeristische uitstapjes. Tip: haal bij tabacco een buspas, multi viagejes, € 1,50. Die kun je steeds opladen, dan kost een buskaartje € 0,70 (anders 1,40)

Atico Fabuloso

Nos encontramos muy a gusto en el apartamento del Sr. Enrique. Es muy cómodo y muy bien equipado. El Sr. Enrique y su familia fueron muy amables y respetuosos. No tengo ninguna duda de recomendar su Alojamiento.

Nuestra estancia en casa de Pablo fue muy satisfactoria. El barrio es muy tranquilo y la terraza un lugar excepcional... Nos recibió Enrique, su padre, muy amable y atento. Alojamiento muy recomendable

Espectacular

He pasado una semana completa en Sevilla. La ciudad maravillosa, muy muy bonita. el apartamento ESPECTACULAR, no está en el centro, pero se llega muy rápido en autobús, taxi o bicicleta (recomiendo ir en bici). La familia que lleva el piso es muy agradable y te tratan muy bien, dispuestos a todo.
