Anaïs : Extraordinary Villa 5 minutes from the beach

This house for 8 people is for rent in l’Escala. It is a 5-minute walk (500 m) to Riells beach, near the port, boat rental and yacht club (diving, sailing) and a wide variety of bars, restaurants and a supermarket.

The Montgri Natural Park is 600 meters away and the historic center of l’Escala is 2 km away.

The accommodation is distributed over 2 floors, has a garden with a private pool (approximately 32 m2) fenced (removable), terrace, outside eating area, with a barbecue, a parasol and sun loungers.

The living room has Smart TV, WiFi, and a sofa bed.

The kitchen is separate, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, has a paper capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, oven and exit to the outside.

This accommodation has 3 bedrooms with king size beds: one bedroom with a double bed(160x200), a bedroom with a trundle bed(1 simple bed of 80cm transformable in 160x200) and a double bed(160x200), and an other bedroom with a double bed(160x200) with air conditioning and private bathroom on the 1st floor.

All beds offer linens, duvets or blankets and pillows.

There is a bathroom with a shower, one with a bathtub and a toilet.

This accommodation has heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, clothesline with clothespins and private outdoor parking.

In total 10 people can stay: in 3 double beds, 2 single beds (transformable in double bed) and a sofa-bed.

The house only allows families.

Pets are not accepted in this house.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
