If you are looking to spend some relaxing time, while enjoying the sun of the Mediterranean, this villa is the place to book. THE SPACE:This Catalan villa called Ca Nostra has a private pool and a big garden with chill-out area and BBQ. Located walking distance from our fantastic Gavà beach, it is a perfect option for a family or a group of adult friends. The villa is located in Gavà Mar, near the airport of Barcelona and only 25 minutes from Barcelona center. The best to enjoy beach and city-life.Coming by car? There is parking space inside the property.BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The house has a capacity for up to 13 people distributed in 5 bedrooms:

Nice, big house with all indoor and outdoor amentities needed for a large family or 2 families to have a great holiday. Located 10-15 mins walk to the beach and restaurants. Not far from the bus station (5 mins walk) to get to Barcelona (50 mins) or Castelldefels shopping mall (5-10 mins).

A great home. Off-street parking was fantastic and enough for 2-3 cars. Pool is amazing. AC is available in main areas but not in bedrooms. Communication and cooperation was superb. The beaches in the area are far less crowded than in Barcelona and food in the area is great. Very convenient to the airport. We enjoyed our stay!

Bad smell in the kitchen, bathroom upstairs dirty in arrival and bath is stained, broken mirrors in bedroom, cigarette butts left in the garden, serious mosquito issue as the garden is full of log piles and unkept plants

The villa was a great place to stay during our trip to Barcelona. It is in a quiet residential area. The home is spacious and clean. Eduardo, who met us when we arrived was very kind and responsive in communications. Every amenity that you might require is available at the house. The yard is large and spacious, just make sure to put on some insect repellent. The pool was clean and the water clear. My daughter used it once but this time of year it was still a little too cold. For a large group looking to stay in the vicinity of Barcelona without the high prices and hectic goings on of the city, this is a great place to stay.

Some Maintenance Required

The property is spacious, however, there are a number of areas that require attention. Furniture is damaged, drawers don't open tiles and mirrors are broken and bathrooms are in need of some refurbishment along with general internal decoration/maintenance. Externally the paving slabs are broken, raised and uneven - an accident waiting to happen which is a shame because it could be a beautiful property for extended family breaks if it was given some TLC.

Beautiful Haven for our Spain/Barcelona Vacation

From the moment we saw the property we fell in love! It was exactly what we had hoped for but even better! The property is roomy, very comfortable, beautifully decorated (loved the gorgeous tile and David Bowie pictures throughout), and our kind and gracious host was always available if we had any issues. She answered any questions we had initially. This house is in a quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance to the beach and several restaurants and stores. We bought groceries nearby and mostly ate at the property. We cooked on the grill and ate outdoors sometimes. As for the backyard, it is absolutely stunning with many lush and beautiful plants including a bird of paradise. Several outdoor dining tables invite you to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere outdoor, including a covered area with an outdoor sofa and chairs. The pool is large and was appreciated by the younger adults in our group, along with the ping-pong table game (table tennis). There were six adults in our group and there was ample room. We wanted for nothing at this property. Barcelona is a lovely and wonderful city and Gava is a very short distance to the Barcelona airport. We could get into Barcelona easily when spending time there. Would we want to return? Definitely! We are talking about when we will come back, and yes, we'd stay here again in a heartbeat. We are grateful for such a wonderful place to stay that felt like home to us while in the Barcelona area.

Maison pas du tout entretenue

Après un accueil compliqué car la concierge est tombé en panne de voiture attente de 2h40 devant la maison à minuit Une maison pas adapté à la location hivernale car pas du tout isolée Première nuit nous avons dormi habillé. une odeur de suie dans toute la maison il y a deux cheminées mais pas de nous pour faire une flambée. Une odeur d’egout dans les salles d’eau. joints de carrelages moisis La maison est très vieillissante et tout est abîmé cassé sale. Le four de la cuisine est sale le sol pas aspiré partout les coussins sales les oreillers jaunes. Le lave linge du rez de chaussé et le sèche linge ne fonctionnent pas la poignée de la baie vitrée vous reste dans la main la porte de la douche ne se ferme pas et je ne vous parle pas de l’électricité avec des fils apparents et des dominos…Il n’y avait qu’une seule petite cuillère et trois tasse à café. L’extérieur pourrait être agréable tout le carrelage cassés attention où vous mettez les pieds le mobilier de jardin très très sale Difficulté pour entrer par le portail si vous avez un véhicule long et impossible si vous avez un véhicule bas Des vues plongeantes des immeubles surplombent tout le jardin et le bouquet c’est les avions pas tous les jours heureusement mais !! Donc je déconseille fortement surtout pour les maniaques. Cette maison a besoin d’une rénovation totale

A good villa

Villa was clean upon arrival, and check-in easy. However some of the rooms did not have any blinds at all, which made sleeping difficult. The local beaches are lovely, but be aware that a taxi into Barcelona will cost you around 40 euros

Thank you H2O for being amazing hosts for our family holiday. My wife, our mothers and our two young children enjoyed every aspect of this beautiful home, from the villa and all its facilities to the great outdoor garden space with a much loved pool. We would certainly consider staying again in the future. The proximity to central Barcelona was great and with the airport being so close we could use every moment to relax. The planes flew overhead on just the weekend and were exciting for the kids to see. We walked to the stunning beach on most days and relaxed by the pool in the mornings and evenings. We could not have asked for a more relaxing holiday. Thank you once again.

Vi hadde en flott uke i dette huset! Huset lå i gangavstand til stranden og lå i et rolig område. Det var noe flytrafikk, men denne var ikke sjenerende. Stort basseng og et kjekt uteområde for barna. God parkering til tre biler i innkjørselen. God temperatur inne i huset. Badet i andre etasje var noe slitt.
