A staircase leads to the upper floor, where a 35 m² hall distributes to three suites (each with a complete bathroom and toilet, 2 of them with double bed and the other one with 2 single beds), a double bedroom with 2 single beds, a dormitory for 4 people with 4 single beds, a complete bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, an independent toilet, and a shower room.



All bedrooms are exterior and have fans, with high ceilings on the upper floor and standing fans on the ground floor.



The exterior boasts a furnished terrace with a dining table, a garden for children to play, an olive grove, and a private saltwater swimming pool measuring 20 x 3.5 meters.



The pool is located in a large fenced area with a beautiful lawn, sun loungers, and a lounge covered by pergolas.



Renovated in 2016 and updated in 2024, the house is situated on a flat and open 5,000 m² plot for private use. It is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a fantastic family vacation in a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere.
