In the heart of trendy Grace between Sagrada Familia and Park Guell.
This newly refurbished modern flat will be the base for your exploration of Barcelona.
It is spacious and luminous and is perfect for families with kids.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom in facing the street (a very small and quiet street) and the second one with the bunk beds is and interior and quiet bedroom too.
A living room with open plan kitchen, dining room and living room facing the beautiful garden with private swimming pool.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has bunk beds for 2 people.
The building has been newly renovated and there are just 2 flats within the building.

The apartment is located in a quiet and sweet area with lovely restaurants and wonderful evening energy. We enjoyed the swing dancing on Sunday and wished we could stay for the annual August festivities. The swimming pool was a great treat after a day of touring.

If you are looking for a local stay in a true neighborhood, this is your place. Many local restaurants, bars and coffee shops to explore. Close to metro and walking distance to many sites. Clean and homey with outdoor space and plunge pool. Would love to stay again.

Location, Location, Location!

The Gracia neighborhood is wonderful and I always felt safe. There are plenty of bars, shops and restaurants within a few blocks of the property. The apartment is as pictured and the outside area is very nice. The street is quiet, there is more foot traffic than vehicle traffic. The central location means you can walk just about everywhere, but there is a subway stop about 8 minutes from the apartment. The kids loved the pool, we cooked our own meals in the kitchen. You are in the city and the main bedroom is on the street so you will here the occasional reveler but its fleeting.
