Villa conforme aux photos. Très spacieuse et très bien équipée ! La terrasse couverte est très appréciable, de même que l'espace piscine, grand, confortable et bien aménagé. Nos hotes ont été très réactifs, et très aimables. Communication facile et rapide. Le , villa proche de toutes les commodités (supermarché, plages, boutiques...).Seul bemol, les chiens du quartiers qui peuvent aboyer toute la journée et tot le matin...

Spacious but a bit old fashioned house. Bathrooms were refurbished and beautiful. Pool-area better than expected. Enough loungers and big pool. WiFi not working at the pool-area. Great stay overall! Reply: Thank you very much for your comment, we would like to inform you that the furniture in the living room has been bought new at the end of 2021, so now the house looks more modern.

Lieu agréable, cela mériterait un coup de rangement et l'aménagement d’une cuisine d’été en bas. Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances en famille. Super dispo du locataire quand il y a eu besoin.

Buenos días, hemos estado muy bien en la Villa Gaudí, pero quería comentar algunos puntos para mejorar la estada: 1. Se podría cambiar el sofá que hay delante de la TV del comedor, está muy viejo. 2. También algunos colchones, que es incómodo dormir, por ejemplo el de la cama de matrimonio de la punta de la casa en el piso de arriba. 3. Queríamos comentar el inmejorable trato que nos ha proporcionado la comercial Anna Marquez, le agradecemos su atención personal. Espero que nos veamos el próximo año.

Très belle villa dans un environnement très calme avec une vue splendide sur les montagnes. Villa très spacieuse avec une super piscine, très grande, et très bien entretenue. Par contre la literie notamment les lits deux personnes seraient à changer (les matelas ressorts sont inconfortables). Il manquait également de la vaisselle pour 9 personnes et plus précisément des saladiers ainsi que de grande poêles et casseroles. Enfin les travaux ont repris dans la rue lors de notre dernière semaine alors que Costabrasi nous avait affirmé le contraire. Nous avons eu le droit a deux jours de marteau piqueur, une coupure d'eau et le vendredi nous n'avons pas pu sortir la voiture de la villa (tranché devant le portail) avant 17h. Nous avons fait une demande auprès de Costabravasi , pour les désagréments encouru cette seconde semaine, a savoir un geste commercial... A ce jour nous n'avons pas de réponse... Cordialement Em

Bonjour. Nous venons de passez un excellent séjour à la villa Gaudi. Je recommande cette villa et cette agence où vous y trouverez Madame Marquez toujours disponible et à l'écoute des clients. Concernant les matériels misent à disposition des clients le renouvellent de la table de ping pong et des bains de soleil serait nécessaire.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette grande maison. Celle-ci est bien équipée, propre et fonctionnelle. Linge de maison parfait. La piscine, bien entretenue et clôturée, est très agréable. L'espace découvert au rez-de-chaussée ainsi que la salle à côté sont un plus pour les repas et les enfants. Des travaux dans la rue n'ont occasionné aucun désagrément. Pas de climatisation dans la maison mais des ventilateurs à disposition. Merci à Ana Marquez pour sa disponibilité et sa sympathie. Globalement, à conseiller.
