Perfect place if you want to be solitary, which we did. The garden was a delight and although we didn't see any deer or foxes we did enjoy the clear blue skies and birdsong.
You need to be fully mobile to enjoy this property due to the access, steps inside and stairs.
The kitchen has everything you could need but could honestly do with some updating. This doesn't let it down though and still can be enjoyed as we did.
Difficult to keep clean I imagine being where it is and we didn't expect perfection but could benefit from a full spring clean now and again. Otherwise it was a perfect stay, and if Yana would have us again we'd be delighted to stay.

Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
Quaint, tranquil but very disappointing cleanliness
A super rural location on walking trails, good one grounds & parking, off road track to property & grounds.
Whilst the property maybe quaint, tranquil & peaceful & have some lovely features I including old oven & lovely open fireplace with kindling & logs provided the general cleanliness really let this place down. :(
It’s a cold damp feeling property but expected with old granite stone, the plug in heaters are needed.
The kitchen was dirty in many aspects, sink, sides, toaster. Whilst food waste should not be encouraged it’s not appropriate during a covid Period to keep already open food products in cupboards. Dead roses in lounge, fire not cleaned out from previous occupancy, bathroom unclean with tissue in loo..
On a plus the bed was extremely comfort & clean thank goodness after other areas being overlooked.
We had wonderful stay, great to be away in the peacefull and quite place from busy life, very clean and comfortable cottage, the bride path is not that difficult if you take it slowly, we will be back, thank you very much for a great stay
