Cosy farmhouse 115 m² with terrace, part of an old traditional Burgundian farm with barns and large enclosed garden.
The stone farmhouse is spacious and comfortable, surrounded by the old farm buildings. Enjoy the Bourguignon style with elegant contemporary touches of the decoration.
At the ground floor: a large traditional kitchen and living room, both opening onto a well-exposed and peaceful terrace and garden. The same level also comprises a small toilet, a separated shower compartment and a rear kitchen. A grand staircase leads up to the first floor, with 4 comfortable rooms, all of varying styles, a toilet and a modern bathroom. Nice view over the property, the village and the wooded hillsides.

Large all-equipped and charming kitchen and rear-kitchen, with Burgundian style furnitures. 2 refrigerators, ovens...
The large living room is equipped with 2 sofas and armchairs for up to 7 people. Chimney and relax area.

Countryside escape

We enjoyed our stay in this quirky, characterful and comfortable farmhouse, where we received a warm welcome from the owners. The house is situated in a tranquil village and we enjoyed walking out from our front door to explore the local countryside. It proved to be a good location for exploring a number of interesting places and nearby Tonnerre provided all the services that we needed - just a few minutes drive away. The nearest boulangerie/patisserie is at nearby Tanlay again just a few minutes drive away (and is excellent). The house has a sheltered, sunny courtyard garden which is a nice place to sit out.

Séjour en famille dans les vignobles

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans une maison charmante et très fonctionnelle. Si vous aimez cuisiner, tout y est ! La maison est meublée avec goût et on s'y sent très bien. Denis, le propriétaire est très accueillant et à l'écoute du confort de ses locataires. Le jardin paysagé ajoute une touche de sérénité au lieu. Très belle découverte .

Nous avons séjourné en hiver dans cet ancien corps de ferme réaménagé et pu profiter de la grande salle cuisine ouverte - salle à manger - salon très agréable avec cheminée et tout le confort! Commerces variés (et magasin bio) à 10 minutes à la ronde et nombreux villages charmants aux alentours. Les hôtes nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement en facilitant notre séjour (avec un bébé) et nous avons apprécié les attentions de bienvenue.

Très bon séjour à Molosmes

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans cette chaleureuse maison familiale où il fait bon vivre. Accueil de Denis et Alberto au top.... aux petits soins et soucieux de notre bien être sans pour autant être trop présents. Grandes chambres, salle de douche refaite à neuf, grands espaces dans la maison,et tous les équipements à disposition. ( micro-onde,bouilloire,grille pain...) Petit terrain avec 1 co-propriétaire....mais charmant avec qui tout s'est bien passé.Région à découvrir absolument....... abbayes,châteaux et autres rivières. Nous reviendrons sûrement dans cette région pour une croisière sur la canal de Bourgogne.

Charming house in a quiet village

A lovely and charming house in a very quiet village, but an excellent hub to explore the area. We were surprised we had access to the whole property instead of just a barn or granny flat, which makes it a great value for money offer. Our room was decorated with great taste, Dennis was easy to communicate with and very helpful with tips about places and villages around the area, so , quite a happy experience. So, if you want to explore the northern bit of Burgudy, I'd strongly recommend La ferme du Clos (it's in rue du Clos, hence the name) .
