New house composed of 2 double bedrooms and a children's dormitory on a plot of 500m2 with swimming pool.
Heated swimming pool in May, June and September.
House located at the entrance of the village of Buis les Baronnies, 10 minutes walk from the city center, with views of Mont Ventoux, Saint trophime and Saint Julien.
Cleaning fee of € 80 per stay required to be paid on site.
Option of providing sheets and towels of € 8 per person to be paid on site.

A great modern, clean and very high quality villa. The view of Mont Ventoux was an unexpected bonus. We booked this absolutely at the last minute sat in a rainy SW France to get a week of sunshine and fell very lucky with a property we found and booked in less than 5 minutes. Overall it was excellent. 3 minutes walk to a Boulangerie and 10 or 12 minutes into the village. Only slight issues - only one toilet in the house - no problem with only 2 of us and it would benefit from a proper dining table in the pool area. The plancha was brilliant and much easier than using the barbecue.

Une maison de rĂŞve

La maison est incroyable. Très spacieuse, pratique, moderne et fonctionnelle. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain, la cuisine est ultra équipée et l’espace extérieur est vraiment agréable. Bref c’est le genre de maison de vacances qu’on relouera. Je la recommande +++ Située proche de Buis on a tous les commerces à moins de 10’ à pied. Seuls petits bémols : je pense qu’il manque 1/2 chaises longues car 2 pour 6/8 ce n’est pas assez (même si il y a le canapé extérieur.) Et une table et chaises pour manger côté piscine.

Maison conforme aux attentes. Très propre. Il manquait juste le jacuzzi qui nous aurait permis de nous tremper un peu malgré le temps pluvieux que nous avons eu malheureusement. Les enfants ont quand même profité de la piscine chauffée. Propriétaire très à l’écoute et arrangeante pour l’arrivée et le départ. Nous reviendrons sans problèmes.

Un séjour dans un cadre et une maison fabuleuse

Nous avons passé un très bon moment de détente dans la maison de Gérald. La maison est très propre et parfaitement équipée. La terrasse abritée et la piscine sont un plus. L'ami de Gérald, Yohan nous a très bien accueilli. Nous gardons l'adresse précieusement et nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Zeer mooie locatie met prachtig uitzicht van op het terras. Praktische en ruime vakantiewoning, 3 slaapkamers met 3 badkamers, strakke en de vrij moderne stijl van de woning bevielen ons ook. Wij komen zeker terug!
