Large house with 3 double bedrooms 10 minutes walk from Playa La Glea and Playa Barranco Rubio and the marina at Dehesa De Campoamor Orihuela Costa. Large private pool with outdoor barbeque and dining area. Superb for summer sunshine and ideal for winter sun just minutes from one of the best beaches on the coast .
There are 3 upstairs double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a large family bathroom. Air conditioning throughout. .The master bedroom has a private sun terrace.
On the ground floor is a spacious lounge with indoor dining area and English and Spanish TV system. Also a shower room, a well-equipped kitchen and utility/galleria area. Absolutely wonderful location, close to the very Spanish Dehesa De Campoamor and Cabo Roig nightlife if desired.

GOLF
Spectacular golf courses in the locality. This area is a haven for golfers and very aptly nicknamed the Costa Del Golf. Choose from any of the following golf courses, Campoamor, Las Colinas, Lo Romero, La Finca, Villa Martin, Las Ramblas, - plenty to shoose from.

Beaches
The beautiful blue flag beachs of Playa La Glea and Barranca Rubio are just walk away. With its many amenities: showers, volleyball, climbing frame, football, bars and restaurants, families can enjoy a full day out on these lovely, safe and clean beaches.

Beautiful Dehesa

Great property for us as a family of 5. Everything we needed for our 18 day stay. Pool cleaned three times..it was well used in the heat every day. Air con in every room..much needed...fully equipped utility room.We left our inflatables for others to use. No problems.. Lovely to have sun Loungers and plenty of towels and bedding provided..Will.be returning in 2020.

Really enjoyable

The villa as a semi-detached is nonetheless pretty private with a good sized private pool and all the amenities you would expect. The only light criticism is the lack of internet. Having a modem with a PAYG data card would eradicate the issue and provide an essential service. We took our own wireless 5G modem and bought a card data-SIM locally but this was a small gripe as the villa is excellent value for money in a good location within walking distance to the beach. Highly recommend!

Lovely villa and location

Stayed for 10 nights, lovely villa, everything you need. Nice and clean, towels, beach towels, well equipped kitchen, books, TV, a few English channels, parking out front, 10 mins walk to beach , beach chairs and umbrellas at villa for you to use, and a great pool. Lots of restaurants a 5/10 min drive, went to the market on Thursday at Cabo Roig , nice market not too big. Consuma supermarket 5 mins drive much better than the local carre four. The Chinese buffet (restaurant, The Food House , order what and how much you want from menu) was really nice, on mil palmeras, roundabout, there was a main strip again about a 5 min drive, steaks, Indian, Spanish, Italians , pubs and bars, had a few different meals, all good. We had a wine tasting at bodega sancho 10 mins away, great fun and a nice platter of foods. Check in and out was easy, great communication through out. Lovely stay ❤️

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus und haben einen wunderschönen 3-wöchigen Urlaub dort verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, verfügt im Wohnraum und allen Schlafräumen über Klimaanlagen, der Pool ist einfach traumhaft und sowohl der Vermieter als auch die Verwalterin Carol sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus befindet sich am Rande einer Neubausiedlung, wo es wirklich sehr ruhig ist. Hier kann man sich wunderbar erholen und zur Ruhe kommen. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 13 Minuten zum Strand und zur Bushaltestelle. Wir waren einmal ohne Auto und einmal mit Auto dort. Zu Fuß einzukaufen, ist nicht empfehlenswert, weil beide Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf einem Hang liegen. Bei über 35 Grad ist das nicht komfortabel und eine Qual. Dafür gibt es jedoch eine Möglichkeit, eine Bestellung online zu tätigen und alles liefern zu lassen. Dies funktioniert sehr zuverlässig. Auch wenn man mit dem Bus einige Ziele erreichen kann, müssen wir ehrlich zugeben, dass ein Mietwagen Gold wert ist. So kann man selbst einkaufen, auf Märkte und in andere Städte fahren und beispielsweise Zoos und Aquaparks besuchen. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Urlaubsziel. Wir werden sicher noch einmal wiederkommen!

Villa très bien placée dans une résidence calme. Piscine au top pour l’exposition, dimensions parfaites pour 6 Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire. Le wifi serait le plus à l’équipement déjà présent!! ;-) A louer les yeux fermés ! Merci pour cet agréable séjour :-)

Maison très agréable,et très fonctionnelle. la piscine est très belle année ettrès propre. Propriétaire très réactif et à l' écoute..La rue est au calme, et à 10 min à pieds de la plage, la maison est tout équipée,.nous avons passé 15 jours incroyables à Campo Amor et comptons y revenir dès que nous en aurons l'occasion !! Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Wir haben unseren 3-wöchigen Urlaub mit 3 Generationen in diesem wundervollen Ferienhaus verbracht (Großeltern, Eltern, 2 Kinder). Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen sehr schönen großen Pool. Die Klimaanlage hat uns über die Mittagszeit sehr geholfen. Da es im Aussenbereich keinen Schattenplatz gibt, mussten wir aufgrund der Hitze die Zeit zwischen 13-17 Uhr drinnen verbringen. Aufgrund der hohen Mietpreise haben wir uns gegen einen Mietwagen entschieden. Dies ist bei der Lage des Hauses durchaus möglich. Man kann die Einkäufe beim Supermarkt Mercadona online kaufen und liefern lassen. Die zwei näher gelegenen Supermärkte (ca. 20 Gehminuten) liegen auf einem Berg. Ein Einkauf zu Fuß ist nicht zu empfehlen. Zum Meer sind wir mit den Kindern 13 Minuten unterwegs gewesen. Der Strand ist sehr sauber und das Wasser flach abfallend. Die Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls 13 Minuten fussläufig entfernt. Hiermit kann man für 1,55€ einige Ziele erreichen. Beispielsweise das Zenia Boulevard (großes Einkaufszentrum), den Markt bei der Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig und Mil Palmeras. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilft sogar bei der Organisation eines Taxis vom/zum Flughafen. Alle Fragen werden gerne geklärt. Auch die freundliche Hausverwalterin Carol ist sehr hilfsbereit. Ein defekter Toaster wurde beispielsweise umgehend am selben Tag ersetzt. Zusammenfassend ein sehr empfehlenswerter Urlaub auch mit Kindern.

Vacaciones tranquilas

Han sido 10 días bastante tranquilos. La casa es tal como se indica por poner alguna cosa las camas son un poco pequeñas para gente grande como yo, aunque no se duerme mal.La piscina perfecta para pasar un rato agradable y el aire acondicionado perfecto para el calor. La casa esta bien, tienes de todo, sabanas, toallas, cosas de playa y piscina, bien equipada, la piscina maravillosa pero creo que seria mejor si se limpiara un par de veces en semana con niños y las cremas se estropea antes el agua, le faltaba un poquito más de limpieza en la cocina, pero en general todo perfecto. El propietario y la persona que tiene al cargo de la casa encantadores. Recomendable por zona, casa, cercania a la playa. Con ganas de repetir, gracias Niamh.

Close to the beach which was more then 5 mins walk were find resturants would need a car to all other shops and resturants.The only thing we found was the seating area nexted todo pool needed new cushions and new settees needed in living room for more comfort.we had a lovely stay love villa.

Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad! Huis was zeer proper. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De kinderen vonden het zwembad fantastisch. Zeer goede ligging, dicht bij het strand. Met vragen konden we steeds bij Niamh terecht. Steeds snel een antwoord of oplossing. Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug! Dankje Niamh 😉

Montemar revisited.

Very dated cleanliness not up to standard, exterior of the property is in need of maintenance. Tiles around swimming pool area very dangerous because they were not non- slip. Whole property in need of updating. Will not be returning. Also the owner sent us an email whilst we were there but the property has no wi-fi !!

Sorry to hear you were dissapointed - I'm sure that we will never please everybody!! Website clearly states that there is no wifi and most phone packages have free data roaming when in the EU. Photos of house portray exactly what is there. Tiles are pool tiles but of course care always needed when ground is wet. I have let my caretaker know that you weren't happy with the cleanliness - we have never had a complaint - but guaranteed to be top notch from now on!
