Villa Ventotto by Paola Orazioli

The structure is an old house in the center of a very small town immersed in the Tuscan Valdichiana, where the smells of nature, the vast expanses of wheat and sunflowers will envelop you in a unique climate.
The Villa is divided into two twin and communicating apartments, which respectively occupy the ground floor and the first floor. It is therefore an ideal solution for a large family, 2 families or groups of friends to go on vacation together, but always with their own privacy.
Villaventotto offers accommodation with free WiFi, a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, air conditioning and a seating area with a flat-screen TV.
Externally there is the charming brick swimming pool, ideal for those who want to access refreshing baths in a few steps. The back of the house is equipped with an outdoor dining area, with a large umbrella, table and bbq.
An area with lawn has sun loungers. The villa is completely fenced with access from an automated gate, equipped with an electric charging station for cars and parking.
From here, thanks to the strategic position, you can quickly reach the pretty villages of Lucignano, Monte San Savino, Cortona, Arezzo, Siena and Montalcino.
We organize multiple activities including cooking classes in which we give our guests the unique and fun opportunity to learn the secrets of Tuscan cuisine, in a relaxed and familiar atmosphere.
