Great location, front rooms nice with great electric shutters, but a bit noisy as towards a busy street. Back rooms very quiet but really small. No fuss-good value for a great location. 5th floor with elevator.

Local feel in great location

Really nice place located in a nice area. Easy to walk to metro or to get a taxi right outside of location. Apartment was as listed. Comfortable beds, clean with a European feel which I enjoyed (meaning if you want a super modern generic looking place then this isn't for you). Loved the balconies to enjoy a coffee or drink and to people watch outside. Would highly recommend if you want to be comfortable and centrally located. Communication with host was easy- quick to communicate back and gave us lots of recommendations of places to eat, visit etc. Thank you for a great stay!

Staying in a neighborhood

When I travel overseas, even for business, I prefer to stay in a neighborhood rather than a hotel. The 4 days in Barcelona were a pleasure excursion. There were 4 of us, and the apartment was roomy and comfortable. There are some good eateries nearby, and it's only 2 blocks from a metro station. All good.

We stayed at this apartment for a family birthday (there were 8 of us). Alessandro met us and was very friendly and helpful. The location is fairly central but without being in the tourist areas. Everything was very comfortable and convenient. Thanks for a great stay.

Venons de passé 5 jours dans cet appartement à Barcelone. J'avais demandé pour avoir l'appartement à 11h à notre arrivée de l'aéroport, Francisco était là avait fruits, café, lait, .... Appartement super comme il faisait beau, nous avons pu profité de la terrasse. Pour notre prochain passage à Barcelone, nous retournerons à la même place. Encore un grand merci.

Quel accueil . Que du bonheur

Tout d'abord, un grand merci à Francisco pour la qualité de son accueil et ses délicates attentions à notre arrivée : eau fraiche, fruits, chocolat, lait etc...etc... La location a parfaitement correspondu à nos attentes aux niveaux espace, ( nous étions 6 adultes et 1 enfant) propreté, équipement et qualité de la literie. Un assez grand balcon nous a permis le soir de déguster une bonne sangria après la fatigue et la marche de nos visites. L'immeuble est tranquille avec la présence d'un concierge toute la journée et le soir , l'accès n'est possible qu'avec la clé. Bien entendu, nous conservons les coordonnées de cet appartement car nous retournerons à Barcelone un jour prochain et nous le reprendrons bien volontiers car il est rare, de nos jours, de trouver un propriétaire aussi charmant et aussi attentionné. Malgré une rue un peu bruyante, le double vitrage remplit bien ses fonctions et puis de 23 heures jusqu'à 7 heures du matin, la circulation est quasi nulle. Donc pas de problème pour dormir d'autant que 2 des 4 chambres donnent sur une cour intérieure. L'emplacement de cet appartement est idéal car il est situé à 5 minutes à pied de la Place d'Espagne d'où partent de très nombreux bus et métro pour rejoindre les principaux sites à visiter et l'attente aux arrêts est courte. En bref, vacances parfaitement réussies et location à conseiller sans retenue.

Une belle adresse !

Nous avons passé une semaine à 4 dans cet appartement dont une personne de 2 ans et un enfant de 2 ans ! L'appartement a convenu à tous! Il est très bien situé avec métro Rocafort à proximité et tous les commerces aussi. Nous avons été bien accueillis par Francisco. Une adresse à retenir !! Pasamos une semana en este apartamento. Eramos cuatro entre los cuales una persona mayor de 82 años y mi nena de 2. A todos nos gusto el lugar. Esta cerquita del metro Rocafort y hay muchas tiendas alrededor. Miriam y Francisco estuvieron muy atentos a todo.

très bonne location

location conforme au descriptif très bon accueil de Francisco avec des fruits,lait,jus d'orange et le nécessaire pour cuisiner(sel,etc...)très appréciable.Francisco nous a donné de petits conseils pour visiter.Les coins couchages sont bien séparés du salon ; nous étions 9 et le canapé lit est confortable pour dormir.La terrasse est bien appréciée pour déjeuner le matin.L'avenue est bruyante et le double vitrage est assez efficace.La luminosité de l'appartement est un peu faible.location très bien entretenue,très propre.Le parking pour la semaine est nécessaire et à coté de l'appartement. Le métro est à 5 mn à pied (super), 25 mn à pied de las Ramblas, 10 mn de la place d'espagne avec le spectacle des fontaines de Montjuic du jeudi au dimanche magnifique et les anciennes arenes nous pouvons monter au sommet avec une vue extra donc bien situé. Coté visite :Nous avons fait le tour de barcelone avec le "bus touristique" un peu cher mais qui permet d'avoir une vision globale et des repères de la ville dans toute sa dimension avec des arrêts quand on veut (je conseille dès les premiers jours de visite)les plages sont belles (barceloneta : pour entrer dans l'eau ce sont des cailloux!!) nous avons été en voiture à la plage plus loin de Marbella (grand parking gratuit) il y a moins de monde ,l'entrée dans l'eau est en sable et des vagues les enfants ont été ravis!! La visite de la Sagrada Familia est bien sûr incontournable (nous avions pris les billets sur le site officiel avant de partir et heureusement ça permet d'éviter les files d'attente!!) Le musée Picasso est splendide , je conseille !!! Et il nous reste encore pleins d'autres choses à faire dans cette ville!! je conseille cette location christelle B.

Nous avons trouvé cette appartement par hasard et nous n'avons vraiment pas été déçus !! Un excellent accueil à notre arrivée et l'appartement était d"une propreté irréprochable ! Idéalement situé et très confortable, un appartement idéal pour passer une semaine de vacances à Barcelone entre amis.

Casa spaziosa e pulita

Eravamo un gruppo numeroso (8 adulti e 2 bambini) e abbiamo trovato la casa è spaziosa e pulita. Il tavolo è grande e permette comodamente di mangiare tutti insieme. La zona con il divano è accogliente anche per varie persone insieme. Il terrazzino, con un tavolo e 4 sedie, permette di stare fuori la sera. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare frutta, acqua, latte e succo in frigo e addirittura le cialde per la macchinetta del caffè! La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario: piatti, bicchieri, posate, tazze. C’è inoltre il necessario di base per cucinare: olio, aceto, sale, zucchero. In ogni bagno abbiamo trovato bagnoschiuma, shampoo e sapone liquido per le mani. Anche se non l’abbiamo mai usata, la casa dispone di aria condizionata centralizzata. Abbiamo trovato tutti i letti fatti e ogni letto aveva un ricambio di lenzuola, compreso il divano letto. Anche gli asciugamani erano numerosi e ci sono ampiamente bastati. La casa è in posizione centrale: la fermata della metro è a 5 minuti a piedi. In piazza di Spagna c’è un centro commerciale con un supermercato per la spesa. Sotto casa c’è inoltre un minimarket. La posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere l’aeroporto ed è a 10 minuti da piazza de Cataluna. Consigliamo la casa e se ritorneremo in gruppo, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Appartement super pour 9 personnes en famille ou avec des amis, très bien aménagé, très bien situé, le métro a 2 rues, commerce en bas de l'immeuble et les propriétaires sont très sympathique. L'aéroport est à 15 min en Taxi, le linge de maison était largement suffisant, nous avons eu le droit à une belle coupe de fruits frais, jus d'orange et lait dans le frigo... Dès que nous revenons sur Barcelone, nous reprendrons le même appartement.

Week end ideal

Nous étions 5 amis pour ce week end barcelonais. L'appartement s'est révélé tout à fait conforme à nos attentes. Spacieux et bien équipé. Accueil très agréable avec fruits, eau minérale, jus de fruits et lait : très appréciable ! Situé à 3 stations de métro du paséo de gracia. Bref, à ceux qui seraient tentés, n'hésitez pas !

Appartement tres agreables et bien placé (proche station metro 10 minutes place catalunya) mise a disposition de tout le nécessaire : - draps couette coussins ( meme pour le canapé lit) - paniere de fruits offerte à notre arrivée - gel douche dans les 2 salles de bains et serviettes de bains en grande quantité - nécessaires pour faire la cuisine (sel poivre huile sucre...) - machine à café appart idéal pour 9 pers avec une vraie partie nuit eloignée du salon ( 2 chambres sur 4). - mise a disposition d'internet avec tv et satellite a - terrasse tres agréable car en plein soleil

Appartement refait à neuf...

Appartement refait à neuf offrant un cadre très sympa et un espace de vie parfaitement adapté à notre groupe (nous étions 8).A notre arrivée,nous avons été super bien accueillis... Bref appart idéalement situé car pas très loin des Ramblas, de la Paseig de Gracia...etc... Bouche de métro à 200m... En résumé, tout bien et enchantés de notre séjour à Barcelone... Nous recommandons fortement cet appart à des groupes de copains ou en famille, il est adapté pour tous les styles.

L'appartement est entière...

L'appartement est entièrement et très joliment rénové. Il est parfaitement équipé (lave-linge, sèche-linge, literies très confortables,wifi, télévision écran plat, tout ce qui est nécessaire à une famille nombreuse et même un lit parapluie). Il se trouve dans un quartier très vivant et à proximité du métro (station Rocafort), à quelques centaines de mètres de la place d'Espagne. Cependant, le logement est calme. Nous n'avons pas souffert des bruits de la rue, en dépit du quartier très animé et nous n'avons pas entendu les voisins. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine et nous conseillons cette location sans aucune hésitation. L'accueil a été chaleureux. Nous avons été accueillis avec des produits de première nécessité, ce qui est très agréable. Le parking, proposé en option, à quelques mètres du logement, est un atout supplémentaire. Nous avons apprécié les lits faits, l'option ménage, les draps de bains... Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir! Merci pour tout! Je ne vois absolument aucun point négatif. Tout est parfait.
