"SUNNY OASIS" BRAND NEW apartment in the center!

This sunny apartment is newly renovated, in the offer from 2018. In fact, this is a flat divided into two apartments with a common entrance and a hall, as you can see on the floor plan. It provides comfort at the highest level. The location is unbeatable, just a few steps from the old city of Split. To make a long story short, it will surpass your expectation. Even though it is located in the heart of Split, the privacy and silence are guaranteed.
About/location -

Next to the building is also a public bus station, but you won't use it that often because the apartment is very close to the city center (bus terminal, ferry port, railway station, Riva, Diocletian's Palace…) where you can also enjoy walking by the coast. Although so close to the central place of all events, the apartment is far away from crowd and noise just enough to give its guests the oasis of peace and relaxation. It is located less than 10 minutes away by foot from the famous Riva and the old town.
We would also like to recommend beach Žnjan which you can easily reach with a taxi in 10 minutes or with a public transport by bus which departs from the station 5 minutes away from our apartment if you want a direct line. Routes and bus timetable you can find in our apartment, but we will explain you everything if you want, once you are here.

Living - 2 Studio apartments - Bright and lighted living room with a huge glass panel is also a place that, in a harmonious setting offers all the necessary facilities. On the other side, balcony oasis lets you enjoy the fresh air and sun, take your morning coffee, have breakfast with your friends and family or simply take it as a place to go and relax alone during the day. In the studio, you can find a large Smart TV and unlimited access to 30 Mbit/s fast wireless Internet are at your disposal.
As for an important thing, we took care that every single room, bathroom, and toilette in our apartment has a window which provides natural lighting and meanwhile you don´t have to worry about the heat because we have two air conditioner, one in each studio.

Dining - Connected to the studios comes the dining room and kitchen for days when you are not in the mood to enjoy rich gastronomic offer in Split. The well-equipped kitchen with classic electric oven, additional microwave oven, coffee machine, grill toaster and electric water boiler is a guarantee that you can enjoy all your culinary inspirations. For your breakfast, you can always find some muesli, yogurt, and toast on the shelf. The nearest bakery and the pancake store can be easily reached within a 1-minute walk.

Sleeping -
Four lovely bedrooms allow sleeping for eight. Two in each room( two studios and two sleeping rooms. There is two queen size bed(160x200cm) in each studio. Two more rooms have two single beds. Every room has a TV if you feel like watching a movie before sleep.

Bathroom -
As we mentioned each studio has a big and modern bathroom for its own. The stylish and well-equipped bathroom with a large shower cabin and the hair dryer will also provide nice relaxing moments. There you can find also a smaller baby bath and a washing machine.

Interaction - Your hosts have extensive work experience in tourism and hospitality and their local knowledge, accurate and useful information will be available to you at any time before and during your stay. Few cold beers in the fridge and some Split traditional homemade sweets are waiting for you! ;)
Conclusion - It is not about listing the endless set of rules, basically my philosophy about the house is letting my guests using their common sense, being respectful, treating others as you would like to be treated. My priority is always the comfort and wellbeing of my guest.
Although you are in the heart of Split, you have complete peace. Neighbors are helpful and warm.
Once you are settled you have everything at your disposal. Everything you need is in a walkable area. Location is unbeatable! :)
