This apartment is in the very first line of the Mar Menor and 50 metres from the Mediterranean. Located in the Seychelles Urbanisation, at km 14 of La Manga, on the 4th floor, which makes the views unbeatable.
The lounge is very spacious and features a comfortable chaise-long sofa and a dining table for 4 people, as well as a large window through which you access the large terrace situated in the very first line of the Mar Menor, perfect for enjoying its unique sunsets.
The apartment has two bedrooms, the main one features a double bed and its own private bathroom with a bathtub, the second has two single beds. Both bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes and large windows with first-line sea views.
The kitchen, fully equipped, has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, utility room with washing machine and everything necessary for a perfect holiday.
The apartment has free high-speed internet with fibre optic.
Dogs are admitted with prior notice (€25 extra per stay)
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. Failure to comply will result in the loss of the deposit.
For arrivals between 9pm and 12am it is necessary to confirm before booking and they incur an extra charge of €30.

The urbanisation, Seychelles, is located at km 14, on the first line of the Mar Menor and just 50 metres from the Mediterranean. It has 2 community swimming pools, open in 2023 from May to mid-October, from 9 to 2pm and from 5 to 8pm.

Just 50 metres from the apartment there is a supermarket (Spar), and in the area there are restaurants, bars, pharmacy...
