THE VILLA WAS COMPLETELY RENOVATED IN 2010 AND IS EQUIPPED WITH SKY AND DIGITAL TERRESTRIAL PARABLE IN ALL ROOMS. EACH APARTMENT HAS TWO LARGE DOUBLE BEDROOMS, A BEDROOM FOR TWO CHILDREN, 2 BATHROOMS (ONE IN THE PATRONAL ROOM), LIVING ROOM AND COMPLETE KITCHEN. SITUATED 3 KM FROM PALAU AND 10 FROM CANNIGGIONE, IT IS 45 MINUTES BY CAR FROM OLBIA PORTO.

Das Haus ist schön, aber leider in einem schlechten Zustand. Valerio war immer bereit zu helfen wo er konnte.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento al primo piano con mio marito mia figlia e una coppia di amici dal 14/07/2015 al 26/07/2015. L' appartamento é ben rifornito e pulito in un complesso molto tranquillo a due passi dalla bellissima spiaggia delle saline che propone sia un servizio di sdrai che la spiaggia libera con possibilità di usufruire di un bar, che un paio di volte a settimana fa anche intrattenimento serale. Il pezzo forte dell' appartamento é la terrazza.. dove poter mangiare con una vista spettacolare. Del proprietario... Valerio.. che dire... davvero disponibile e gentile.. ci ha dato ottimi consigli su dove andare a fare la spesa e i ristoranti. ..insomma che dire una splendida vacanza!!!

Il proprietario della casa è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La casa si trova in una posizione ottimale e con una breve passeggiata si arriva al mare; la spiaggia è piccolina ma carina. Adiacente alla spiaggia c'è un posto molto bello dove si può bere e mangiare.In sintesi direi che la nostra vacanza è stata deliziosa

Io e la mia famiglia insieme ad un'altra famiglia di nostri amici (alloggiati al piano superiore), abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa a pochi metri (80 mt veri) dal cristallino mare del golfo delle saline. Devo prima di tutto fare i miei complimenti al proprietaro Valerio, una persona squisita, gentile, disponibile ma soprattutto di parola. La villa è così come viene descritta, con ampi spazi interni ed esterni, con una bella zona barbecue, impagabile la doccia calda esterna, pulita e silenziosa anche se a due passi dal mare: la qualità del sonno è ottima...la mattina ti svegli quando non hai più sonno e non a causa delle voci della gente o dei rumori vari. La cucina è super rifornita di qualsiasi oggetto...forse più di quella di casa mia!!! A pochi passi c'è il mare, lì ad attenderti un ambiente retrostante da favola...un vero paradiso...lettini, ombrelloni o alberi con un prato bellissimo...con musica di sottofondo e servizio colazione, pranzo ed aperitivi serali o cene a tema. Che dire di più....una vacanza perfetta, bellissima in un posto unico...una casa da comprare se fosse in vendita!!! La prima vacanza in cui non ho sentito la nostalgia di casa mia!! Un grazie di cuore al proprietario Valerio per averci permesso di trascorrere una vacanza così bella...e arrivederci senz'altro al prossimo anno! Paola Roberto e Francesco
