Casa Sur is the perfect vacation home, located in the center of the island, offering stunning views of the sea and the Timanfaya volcanoes. This well-equipped property features a heated saltwater pool measuring 5m x 3m with a maximum depth of 1.8m, carefully equipped to provide you with maximum comfort. Conil enjoys excellent connectivity with the main attractions of the island, such as visits to volcanoes, vineyards, wineries, and virgin beaches. It is an ideal place to relax, recharge, and conveniently access all your needs in the nearby town of Tías.

We offer four bicycles free of charge for our guests and have a reliable fiber optic Wi-Fi connection with speeds up to 300 Mbps, which makes it perfect for remote work or staying connected while enjoying your stay.

The property extends over two floors and has two bedrooms. The upper floor features a bedroom with a double bed, a safe, a terrace with views, and a bathroom equipped with a hair dryer, magnifying mirror, and high-quality amenities (gel-shampoo and moisturizer dispensers). Additionally, there is an additional terrace with views of the sea and volcanoes. The second bedroom is on the ground floor and offers two single beds, access to the terrace, and a second bathroom with the same amenities as the previous one. The living room includes a SAT Smart-TV with a 46" screen, a sofa bed, a kitchen-dining area, a heated saltwater pool, a spacious garden with a barbecue area, and a sun-drenched solarium furnished with sun loungers and terrace furniture.

The daily price is based on 2 people, in case there are more people they must update their reservation since there are different prices depending on the number of guests.

Conil is located in the center of the island, which provides excellent connectivity with its main attractions, such as La Geria, Timanfaya National Park, Famara, and shopping areas, all within a 10-minute drive. The area is known for its tranquility, with most residents being long-term inhabitants. Being in the heart of the island allows for perfectly combining rest with exploration.

Self-Catering Property: As a self-catering villa, once the initial supplies are used, they will not be replenished during your stay. For hygiene and safety reasons, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper are not provided, and no cleaning supplies are left in the property. However, basic cleaning tools (brush, dustpan, mop, and bucket) are available for your use.

Additional Guest Policy: The listed nightly rate is for 1 or 2 guests. Any additional guests over the age of 3 will incur a nightly charge and must be included in the booking.
