Apartment in a quiet residential area, south of the center, next to the most prestigious hotel in Alghero, just 10 minutes walk from the historic center and served by public transport. Spectacular large veranda overlooking the sea and Capo Caccia, with electric sun blind and possible additional sunshade. The calm and silence of this area are incomparable.
The apartment consists of a spacious and bright living room with kitchenette, which has an electric oven, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. There is a double bedroom and a bedroom. The bathroom has a bidet and a large corner shower.
A hairdryer and a washing machine are available in the bathroom. An iron is also available.
The house has air conditioning in all rooms.
Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest.
Parking is located on the street in front of the entrance, or in the immediate vicinity.
From the house you can walk to the small and pretty rocky Las Tronas beach in 5 minutes. Always on foot, a few dozen meters, at the foot of a staircase, on the rocks, there is Il Riservato, a small equipped bathing establishment open since June. You can stay there until sunset and sip a fresh aperitif in front of a breathtaking view.
Those looking for more comfortable places, can find the most popular sandy beaches both free and equipped practically along the coast and are easily accessible by car.
In front of the house there is the Balaguer roundabout with a fantastic view over the bay: from here a long cycle path that reaches the center, crosses the port, runs along the beach and reaches the beginning of the beaches.
