Lovely Cottage Next To Knoebels Amusement Park, Outdoor Pavilion, WiFi, Fire Pit

Available for rent April through the end of October. These 3 bedroom / 1 baths "pet free" cottage in Elysburg, PA, is located within ~200 feet (3-5 min walk at best) of an entrance to Knoebels Amusement Park and features:
- Sleeping Accommodations for up to 10 people comfortably. Brand new enclosed shower; new furniture including two queen sofa beds.
- Large outdoor pavilion with three homemade swings, Double Picnic table, Ceiling fans, Stereo Surround Sound and outdoor kitchen with BBQ Gas Grill.
- Large outdoor fire pit with comfortable chairs. One bundle of firewood and kindling supplied free of charge. If more wood is needed/wanted, it can surely be purchased and delivered to the cottage. Please let Steve know when booking and it will be provided prior to your arrival.
- Internet, Wi-Fi included.
- Brand new high efficiency central air conditioner and heat (if needed).
- Newly renovated, painted living room with all new furniture including queen sofa beds, painted kitchen and bedrooms with new hardwood floors throughout the house.
- Full Bath, living room w/TV, VCR and Blu-ray players provided with a large selection of movies
- Fully equipped kitchen including large double-sided refrigerator, New Electric Range, Microwave, and all pots, pans, dishes and silverware you will need to cook mostly any meal
- Beautiful Covered carpeted Patio with Glider Swings and Chairs/table
**** All toiletries, linens, including bath towels, are not included, however can be provided for an additional charge. If linens are not requested/paid, you are required to bring your own linens (bath towels, bed sheets, pillowcases) and toiletries. However, comforters/blankets/pillows are provided for each bed. FYI - There is one external camera facing the driveway.

We planned a family weekend at Knoebels with our kids and grandkids before heading back to school. This cottage was the perfect place for all of us to take advantage of the park and pool, which was only a short walk from the cottage. When a thunderstorm temporarily shut down the park, we had a place to relax and play games and choose from a collection of classic DVD movies. We finished the day around the fire pit and rocking on the porch swings. Steve was very helpful in communicating with us about all of the details of the property and our stay.

My family loves this cottage. It has all the amenities we could ever want, and it's a short walk to Knoebels park. The house is always in great condition and Steve has been a wonderful host. We look forward to staying here again in the years to come.

Home Away From Home

Check in/out was a simple process. The cottage had everything we needed. There was plenty of room to sleep with the pullout sofas. Everyone was able to enjoy different areas and not feel crowded. I highly recommend this place!

Closest We've Ever Stayed to Knoebels!

The home was exactly as described and perfect for our family! My family has been coming to Knoebels for over 20 years and this is the closest we've ever stayed to the park, even closer than when we stay at the campground! The house was clean and comfortable and it was very easy to communicate with the owner. We would definitely stay here again!

My mother and father started to build this home in 1969. Each year we would add on and improve the property until my mother and father were aging and began to really enjoy the property in the mid to late 1980's. I grew up helping my parents build this cottage, and to this day, still enjoy every moment I spend at the cottage. My family enjoys the cottage with me as well. We continually improve our cottage each year. We truly love this cottage and hope you enjoy your stay!

What makes this property unique

Beautiful private cottage located literally right next to Knoebels Amusement Park. Walk to the park (3-5 min at best) with the children, have some great fun and stroll back to the cottage for a quick rest. Sit under the large pavilion with the three handmade swings, listen to your favorite music with the outdoor surround sound, and eat with the family on the extremely large handmade double picnic tables. Enjoy the fire pit!! Hear and listen to the sounds of "Ole Smokey".
