Property was as described. Clean and plenty of room to sleep. Wish the rooms had more electrical outlets also wish the yard was bigger but other than that the property was great.

Lovely stay with all needs met

The home was very clean and comfortable for the six of us - four adults and two small children. The homeowner is very kind and answered our every request. We loved our two night stay here and will certainly rent again if we get the opportunity to be in the area again.

Very accurately advertised. The property was very clean! Casey was extremely easy to work with and contact. We were a bit worried about the on street parking but there were plenty of parking spots at any time of the day. There were no issues during our stay and we are talking about renting again next year! Our stay in Mt Carmel

Place was as described, clean- Loved the little extras like soda and sum snacks for the little ones, adds a nice touch - 20 mins from Knoebles Amusement park, nice little farmers market flea market 5 mins from the house. This is second place we have booked w/ evolve and have not had issues.

Cozy, quite, comfortable.

My family and friends were absolutely delighted with the property and the location. We had a wonderful stay and we have nothing but good things to say about the house. We will be looking so stay here again next year. A++. Highly recommended.

Great location

Besides the property being dated, the owners thought of everything. They knew we had a late check in with small children and they provided apple juice and sodas for the adults. They also provided laundry supplies and some extra bathroom essentials just in case we forgot anything. Will be back for sure!! Did I forget to.mention it's only minutes from Knoebels!!

Spacious house

First off, the owners are very nice , texted one and met the other in person when he restocked our towels due to me originally not putting accurate number of people. Secondly the house is very clean and it's location is very convenient for restaurants and Knobels. The house is a little dated but still comfy and cozy. Loved that they left a personalized card and some extras. I definitely would stay here again. Thank you v

Even Better the Second Time – Thoughtful Updates and Great Hospitality!

This was our second stay at this charming property in Mt. Carmel, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with so many extras—snacks, sodas, toiletries, spices, and high-quality towels and linens.We were especially impressed that the hosts took a suggestion we made during our first visit and added mirrors to two of the bedrooms. It’s clear they care about providing a great experience for their guests.Communication remains excellent, and we’re already looking forward to returning again. Highly recommend this cozy home and its exceptional hosts!

Quick Trip

We booked the house for a few days. We used it to be close to Knoebels. We enjoyed the house. It had the basics, coffee pot, toaster and microwave. ( I would have liked a tea kettle) But I was able to use a pot for hot water. Beds were comfy and had all of the linen needed. We didn’t use the attic space due to it being hot and it’s pretty dark up there. The kids didn’t want to sleep up there, so one of them slept on the couch. Lots of towels were provided for showers. Easy check in and check out. We liked the binder they have for food suggestions, we ended up enjoying food from Scicchitano’s Pizza,which was like 5 minutes from the house. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Charming Stay with Thoughtful Touches – Already Booked Again!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming property in Mt. Carmel, PA! While the home has an older feel, it is impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped. The host goes above and beyond, providing so many extras—snacks, cold sodas, toiletries, spices, and more—which made us feel right at home. The towels and sheets were of great quality, adding to the comfort of our stay. Communication with the host was excellent, making everything seamless from start to finish.It’s worth noting that the second bathroom is an addition on a finished back porch. While it includes a stall shower and toilet, it does not have a sink—so you’ll need to use the kitchen sink. This wasn’t a major inconvenience for us, but it’s good to know in advance.We enjoyed our time so much that we’ve already booked again for the new year. Highly recommend!
