Luna’s pizzeria is on the corner, Numidia community park is only 1/4 mile down the street, Numidia drag strip is on the next block, 20 minute drive to Bloomsburg and Knoebels amusement resort is only a 10 minute drive away. Large kitchen with cooktop in the island, double door refrigerator, dishwasher and plenty of cabinets and countertop space. Forget to bring eggs? The Numidia general store is only 1 mile away and has a little bit of everything. Ample seating in the dining room for 6+ as well as a breakfast bar with stool seating for 3. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms for a perfect nights sleep. Large sunken living room (just 1 step) with 3 comfortable sofa’s including one with recliner ends and 1 that’s a sofa bed! The seasonal outdoor pool is not heated however it does use a solar cover will be open Memorial Day- Labor Day with extensions weather permitting from early May-early October.
Pets who arrive undisclosed and not on the initial booking are subject to double the pet fee for each pet.
No weapons, fireworks or camp fires on the premises. In season, you may see the pool maintenance or landscape people there during your stay.

Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind on the entire premises.

In the event you do not check out on time (10am), you will be charged a late check out fee at a rate of $25 per 30 minutes after 10am.

Please use the black makeup towels provided (in the bathrooms) to remove makeup and not the white towels. Only registered guests are permitted in the home and on the grounds.

Maximum of 3 cars to be parked on the property without prior written approval.
