If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, this house surrounded by greenery is ideal!

It is located in a residential area of ​​Villasimius, just outside the village, about 800m. from the beautiful beach of Simius.

If you do not want to use the car, the sea and all services are within walking distance.

The house measures 50sqm and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with kitchenette; as well as a covered veranda and a large garden with a shower and a barbecue.

It is ideal for 4 people, but has a sofa bed in the living room.

It is also equipped with mosquito nets in the sleeping area, TV, washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning.

Ottima esperienza la casa è comoda alla spiaggia e al centro paese raggiungibili a piedi in 10 minuti circa. Posto auto interno per abbandonare l'auto salvo escursioni. La casa può ospitare comodamente una famiglia di 4- 6 persone e l'ampio giardino circondato dal verde offre intimità e riservatezza. Nella casa è disponibile tutto quello che serve per il periodo di vacanza.

Bene ma non benissimo....

...nonostante la proprietaria Paola si sia dimostrata molto gentile e premurosa nel rendere al meglio il nostro soggiorno la sua casa mostra dei limiti dovuti ad una scarsa manutenzione e ad alcune pecche sugli accessori, come sul vettogliame ed in particolare le posate per la carne ed il BBQ. In particolare vanno segnalati i serramenti che sia per la sicurezza che per il rumore, vista anche la presenza del vicinissimo Luna Park che fino a serata molto inoltrata dispensa musica e schiamazzi giovanili, non sono all'altezza. La doccia all'esterno al nostro arrivo non era utilizzabile per via dello scarico che ho sistemato io stesso. Inoltre la pulizia degli spazi esterni al nostro arrivo non era stata fatta. La casa oltre a quanto scritto sopra è comunque una buona sistemazione con un giardino fin troppo grande ed in una posizione strategica per raggiungere sia il mare che il centro del paese a piedi.

Das Haus liegt 700m ausserhalb des Zentrums von Villasimius. Es ist in einem tollen, nicht einsehbaren Garten. Die Ausstattung ist ideal für 2-4 Personen. Paola ist eine äusserst zuvorkommende und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Unser Flug hatte 2h verspätung und so kamen wir nach Mitternacht an. Dies war für unsere Gastgeberin kein Problem. Sie hat für uns eingekauft und uns äusserst herzlich und fröhlich begrüsst. Während unserem Aufenthalt hatten wir ein kleines Problem mit dem Abfluss in der Küche. Dieses wurde am gleichen Tag nachhaltig behoben. Sie hat uns mit allen notwendigen Informationen ausgestattet und auch immer wieder nachgefragt, ob es uns gut geht und ob wir noch eine Frage hätten. Dies aber keinesfalls aufdringlich. Einfach eine geniale Gastgeberin! Villasimius ist ein ganz toller Urlaubsort. Es gibt viele tolle Strände und Buchten in der Umgebung. Für "kulturelle" Ausflüge muss man weiter fahren.

Einfach wunderschön!

Alles war super. Paola ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und hat uns bei allem weitergeholfen. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet. Besonders haben wir uns über die gute Matratze im Elternschlafzimmer gefreut. Mit Kindern ist es fast unschlagbar. Alles umzäunt und ebenerdig. Die Lage ist auch prima. Man kann zu Fuß nach Villasimius gehen. Uns hat es super gefallen.

nice house with garden

We stayed here for 14 days with 3 adults and 2 small kids (3y and 5y); mid of june; + own garden all around the house + property fenced (good for small kids) + no big roads close to property + good restaurant just over the street + owner always contactable + part of patio always with shadow + some shadow in the garden + single small freezer (ice cream for the kids!) + fly screens at the windows + try the garden shower + you can walk into the city + you can walk to the beach + many beaches around and easy to reach with car also + 2 deckchairs provided ! don´t turn on to many electric devices, the fuse will switch off

Schönes Haus mit grossem Garten

Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier von Villasimius. Der schöne Strand Simius und das Ortszentrum sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die kleine Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Sachen ausgestattet und sollte doch mal etwas fehlen, ist die Hausbesitzerin Paola gerne für einen da. Paola ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und ist sehr engagiert, den Gästen einen angenehmen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Herzlichen Dank Paola für alles. Unseren Urlaub haben wir sehr genossen und wir kommen gerne wiedermal.
