The location is spectacular, just minutes from the beach. Ashville Lodge Is a fine Victorian town house that has been completely renovated, keeping many of its beautiful period features. The property offers excellent accommodation. 2 minute walk to Peasholm park & 5 minutes to the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants are just a stone’s throw away.

Scarborough is a perfect holiday base to visit the North Yorkshire Coast. Whitby, Bridlington and Filey are easy accessible by car, as well as the famous North Yorkshire Moors National Park, with its steam railway from Pickering to Whitby. The historic city of York is less than an hour’s drive away, or you can hop on the train and be there in 30 minutes.

The beautifully presented house is very well equipped.
The kitchen area is extremely well equipped with everything you need to cater for you and your fellow guests. This includes top of the range appliances such as a microwave, double-oven/grill, hob, fridge freezer, and washing machine.
Guests can find a range of cafés, restaurants and pubs within a two minute walk of the house.
You can enjoy super-fast WIFI + a 40' flat-screen TV.
The house has 5 bedrooms one of which is a large converted attic room. The House will sleep a maximum of 10 people.
