Mare nostrum 2 - Alykes Zakynthou

Mare nostrum 2 is located in the middle of Alykes bay, which is a wonderful beach in the Eastern part of Zakynthos. The name Mare nostrum,which means " our sea " in Latin, represents its ideal location literally right in front of the sea.Here you will be able to enjoy the outstanding view of the crystal clear blue waters and find yourself in a quiet and peaceful spot.

Mare nostrum 2 is a new building and is developed in two levels.
At the lower lever there is a big yard where you can enjoy your coffee, relax,read a book, sunbathe or spend your time playing.
The apartment is located at the top upper level and it consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped open - space kitchen with a small dining room and a bathroom.
In front of the apartment there is a big balcony with a wooden table and four chairs, and two deckchairs with a smaller table between them. In there you can enjoy the sunrise, you can have your breakfast under the big umbrella, or your drink under a sky full of stars.

Upon your arrival we will welcome you and show you around offering you all the needed information for a special stay.

Other thing to note

Upon you arrival you will find the apartment clean with one set of bed linen for each bed and one set of towel (for body, face and feet) for each guest.Of course you could clean your apartment by yourself since a broom, a dustpan and a mop are provided.You will be provided by a clean set of bed linen and clean towels every five days free of charge. Please bringe your own towel for the beach.

Peace of paradise on Zakyntos

We really enjoyed our stay in september. The owners were very friendly and helpfull. They made sure we didn't miss anything. The appartment was above our expectation. Even better than shown on photos. Very comfortable, it has everything we need. The view from the balcony is amazing. Direct access to the beach was so practicle and the water was clear and warm. We felt like it was our private beach. The village is about10 minutes walk and you will find many nice restaurants, bakery and market. I definitely recommend this appartement. Check-in und die Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers waren super. Die Wohnung lag direkt am Meer und bot kostenlosen Zugang zu SUP und Kajak. Die Lage auf der Insel ist zentral für Ausflüge zu Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung hätte besser sein können. Insgesamt jedoch eine gute Erfahrung und empfehlenswert für einen Aufenthalt.

Vue exceptionnelle, appartement très propre, fonctionnel et hôtes très accueillants, c'est ce qui résume ces vacances de rêve à Zakynthos. Séjour très reposant, Dennis et son épouse étaient aux petits soins et le logement est très bien situé (proximité commerces et restaurants). Ajoutez à cela une mer chaude et translucide et vous aurez une base solide pour des vacances réussies.

Spectacular views and access to the sea

We really loved our stay and the owners are so friendly and helpful. The property had everything and more that we needed. The location is perfect if you don't want to be surrounded by people when you swim but a short walk to more populated areas. Will definitely go back but for longer next time.
