Shops are only 1 km away. Small shop open 7/7 at 200 m. The first beach is 5 minutes by car; a bus stop for the summer municipal shuttle is close to the house. In the heart of a private residence, the villa is a haven of peace for its occupants, the country house style brings its Provencal touch. Sea view upstairs on the bay of St Cyr / La Ciotat. A large living room with wood stove, American kitchen with bar, four bedrooms (including 1 with Italian shower), double sink bathroom and corner bath, fitted kitchen: comfort is there!
But we live as much outside as inside on the French Riviera : enjoy the sun on the large 35 m² terrace, adorned with a pergola shaded by a magnificent vine, an 8 x 4 m swimming pool with access by stairs, and sunbeds. Mediterranean setting, landscaped garden decorated with olive trees, fig, peach, orange tree. A 2nd terrace with summer kitchen and barbecue welcomes you at the back of the house. Heated parasol available if required.
Equipment: fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, induction hob) + all utensils for easy cooking. Internet, Large plasma screen TV. Wireless. Bed and bathroom linen provided. Beds made on arrival. Cleaning to be provided at the end of the stay (otherwise 100 € supplement).
