WONDERFUL COTTAGE ON THE SEA
An awesome property several steps away from one of the most beautiful golden beaches of Tyrrhenian sea.
This is an indipendent villa located in a private park along the sea and it would be the perfect location for families who wants to explore the Calabrian coast and enjoy their holiday.
The house is on two levels with your own reserved parking space.
The upper floor provided with a bathroom, one double bedroom and one triple bedroom.
First floor with kitchen fully equipped, bathroom with laundry machine, and a spacious living room with direct access on a faboulous garden which also includes a BBQ area, excellent to have a comfortable relax.
The area is peaceful and well served and it is surrounded by a lot of shops, restaurants, pub and many places to visit, which are easily accessible by car as: Christ of Maratea, Dino's Island and Diamond City known as the city of murals and chilli.
