At 618 meters high is located the Mirador de La Curota, known to be the point of greatest visibility of all Rias Baixas. A route adapted to all public directs you to the top. An almost obligatory for all those lovers of the north of our country visit.
Regarding gastronomy, the flagship product of this land is seafood, which is introduced into various dishes such as Galician empanada. For cold estanciones, good Galician stew will make the body into heat. If there is room for dessert, Santiago cake is undoubtedly one of the sweet dishes par excellence.

Estancia acogedora y tranquila

La casa es genial, acogedora y situada en un lugar tranquilo, donde no compartes espacio con nadie lo que es ideal para ir con niños y mascota. Tiene un porche muy bonito, y un terreno con piscina. Tuvimos mucha suerte porque nos hizo muy bueno y pudimos utilizar la piscina. Yo viaje en familia y con mi mascota, y estuvimos comodisimos. Está a 10 minutos caminando de la playa. Maria Jose nos atendió fenomenal y nos dejó una serie de sugerencias tanto para visitar como de restaurantes y todo ellos fue muy útil.

Wir waren begeistert und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Die überdachte Terrasse war "der Hauptgewinn", als es 2 Tage geregnet hatte. Der große Garten und das Haus waren sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Wij verbleven in dit huisje in mei/juni 2025. Het was geweldig. Mooi knus huisje met een goed tweepersoons bed, fijn whirlpool-bad, krachtige douche, sterke wifi, een kleine, maar complete keuken, een fijne besloten tuin en een heerlijk zwembadje. Wat wil een mens op vakantie nog meer. Wij kozen voor dit huisje vanwege de privacy. Het is zeer geschikt voor naturisme, zowel op en rond het terras als bij het zwembad. In het nabije dorpje Cabo de Cruz zijn 2 supermarkten. Verder is er niet veel te doen. Het strand is inderdaad op loopafstand. Er zijn geen faciliteiten op het strand. Boiro is een grotere plaats met diverse restaurantjes, grote supermarkten en winkels. De grote plaatsen zoals Santiago, Vigo, Pontevedra en Ourense zijn via tolwegen bereikbaar in 1-1,5 uur rijden. De Cies eilanden zijn een aanrader en uiteraard ook Fisterra. De natuur is overweldigend en mooi groen. De stranden aan de Atlantische oceaan zijn prachtig. Het water is wel overal koud tot zeer koud, althans in mei/juni. Wij hebben genoten van lovely Galicia. Speciale dank aan eigenaresse Maria Jose die zeer behulpzaam is.

Genial pero mejor para verano

La casa con el jardín son una monada pero quizá mejor para el buen tiempo porque aunque tiene chimenea no ofrecen leña (a pesar de ser 130 la noche) y, o te la llevas de casa,o te pasas una mañana entera buscando dónde comprarla y además te dejas una pasta. Tiene aire acondicionado pero hace un ruido horrible y los radiadores eléctricos el segundo día se notan pero la primera noche pasamos frio. El trato con la propietaria muy bueno y.

Acogedor rincón verde y tranquilo junto al mar

Coqueta casa en un entorno tranquilo, verde y precioso, a unos pasos de una playa fantástica y con todo lo que se puede necesitar en el pueblo cercano. Alles in allem einen schönen Urlaub verbracht

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Generell ist die Einrichtung ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Der Garten war sehr schön und uneinsehbar. Im Preisvergleich war es ein gutes Angebot und man konnte sich mit dem ein oder anderen arrangieren.

Good time in a lovely part of Galicia

The house and garden were really pleasant to stay in. We particularly enjoyed the enclosed, very private and well-kept garden and the lovely thrushes on the lawn in the evening. Maria José the owner is delightful - friendly, efficient and brimming over with knowledge and enthusiasm about the area. There was a puzzling shortage of basic kitchen equipment - wine glasses and bowls in very short supply! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nous avons loué la maison Costagneira, qui a vraiment tout le confort. Le calme est absolu, le jardin et la maison très bien entretenus. Nous avons pu garer la voiture dans la propriété. Maria José nous a très bien accueilli, et était toujours disponible pour nous renseigner sur la région ou pour toute autre question. Nous avons eu beau temps et cette région vaut vraiment la peine d'être visitée. Magnifiques vacances et location en toute confiance
