With a garden (2000 m2), a swimming pool and a barbecue, the house is in a quiet and peaceful location 5 minutes from the shops.
The house is located an hour and a quarter from the sea and the large sandy beaches of the Languedoc coast and less than an hour from the Cévennes mountains, listed as World Heritage by Unesco.
Located in the triangle: Alpilles, Camargue, Cèze valley, it offers the possibility to discover at:
- Less than 10 min: Alès capital of the Cévennes;
- 30 mins the city of Uzès (1st Duchy of France and renowned for its weekly market ...), the famous Pont du Gard (listed as World Heritage)
- 40 mins the city of Nîmes and its famous arenas and Maison Carrée…
- 1 hour the City of the Popes: Avignon also popular for its festival in July

Maison extrêmement agréable dans un grand écrin de verdure et de calme. Propriétaires en tout point charmants et accueillants.
