Charming 3 Bedroom Villa with Secluded Infinty Pool and Heated Indoor Pool

This luxurious villa is located on the hillside above Uzumlu Village, some 15 minutes drive from the sophisticated resort town of Kalkan, and has three bedrooms and a capacity for 6 guests.

The ground floor accomodation comprises of a spacious open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area, which opens directly on to the pool terrace. Here there is beautiful infinity pool, 6.75 x 3.75 metres in dimensions and with a depth of 1.5 metres. Adjacent to this there is a childrens pool 1.5 x 1.5 metrea and with a depth of 40 cm. The pool terrace has ample sun loungers and an alfrsco dining area from which guests may enjoy the spectacular sunsets over Patara Beach.
On the first floor there is one double and one twin bedroom, each with en-suite bathrooms and balconies with stunning views. The double bedroom also has the additional feature of a luxurious jacuzzi.

On the top floor there is one more double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, which opens on to a splendid roof terrace. Here guests may enjoy the seating area with its magnificent sea views.

The top floor also has a small heated pool, 2.2 x 1.5 metres and depth 90 cm , that has a glass roof which may be opened in the summer. This indoor heated pool makes this an ideal choice for those guests wishing to come low season (Cost is 7000 TL per week), and due to the total privacy of the outdoor pool, it is also suitable for those guests requiring total privacy, be it for religious or other reasons.
The property is some 8 km from Kalkan and 1 km form the centre of Uzumlu Village. There are grocers shops in the village where guests may purchase their daily essentials, and which provide a free delivery service to this property. There are also a couple of local style restaurants which serve traditional fare.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 3000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
