Vistas maravillosas

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, las vistas, las terrazas, la cocina, los muebles del salon (no incluido el sofá), las habitaciones y armarios. El amplio hall de entrada. El sofá cama se podría renovar. Los enchufes son muy viejos. Las ventanas correderas cuesta moverlas, están para renovar. Y por supuesto, la taza del wc, super incómodo. También molesta mucho el ruido del toldo de la terraza cuando hace viento.

Buen fondo con mal vestido

El apartamiento tiene muy buena ubicación, y es correcto para un pareja con hijos, por tamaño y distribución del apartamento. Había un inicio de reforma/lavado de cara. Los cerramiento, la cocina y el baño. Los cerramientos suenan muchísimo por las noches cuando hace aire. La taza del váter le cuesta tragar. El baño y la cocina necesitan un lavado de cara. El microondas funciona a medias, el temporizador no funciona.

Muy bueno...

Excelente ubicación, a pie de playa y al paseo marítimo. El mobiliario del salón es nuevo, dá gusto. La atención que nos brindaron excelente, nos resolvieron el inconveniente que tuvimos enseguida. De bienvenida nos sorprendieron con una bolsa con cosas para el desayuno que no nos lo esperábamos, genial! El colchón del dormitorio principal es muy incómodo, los muelles hacen daño. Las persianas y ventanales de los dormitorios si hay aire golpean mucho y no dejan descansar.

Die Wohnung sollte dringend renoviert werden. Es ist teilweise schon sehr verbraucht.

Die Lage ist natürlich sehr sehr schön. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Die Wohnungstür muß unbedingt ausgetauscht werden. Das Bad hat schon bessere Tage gesehen. Im Bad starke Geruchsbelästigung. Hier kann eine Rohrreinigung Abhilfe schaffen. eine Rohrreinigung

Emplacement idéal, mais immeuble vieillissant.

L'emplacement face à la mer, la surface suffisante pour 4 personnes et la proximité des commerces à pied, personnel de l'agence aimable et disponible. Le matelas du lit 2 places est extrêmement dur, et les draps fournis pour tous les lits sont trop petits. L'immeuble est ancien Les fenêtres et baies vitrées sont à remplacer (isolation du bruit, mais aussi thermique quand il y a du vent et qu'il fait 15°c). Par ailleurs, peu d'eau chaude pour 4 personnes (robinet thermostatique en panne ou ballon trop petit?). La piscine était inaccessible durant tout le séjour.
