In die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage ist wunderbar, mit Meersicht und Zugang zum Wasser. Jedoch kann ich diese Unterkunft keinem empfehlen. Das Appartement ist in die Jahre gekommen, der Vermieter hat kaum etwas daran gemacht. Es riecht schmudelig, hat keine Klima. Kaum warmes Wasser, ein aufklappbett ist im Wintergarten. Haben die Unterkunft für 8 Tage gebucht. Sind jedoch nach dem 2 Tag abgereist.

Il y a des endroits dont on ne veut jamais repartir !

Famille -2 enfants - Nous avons passé un moment magique dans cette maison de vacances. Un maison de famille qui mérite un « pt coup de frais » mais où IL FAIT BON VIVRE. Cuisine - vaisselle - électro ménager -literie - ventilateur- transats - douche extérieure - barbecue.... tous les ingrédients sont là pour passer un bon séjour. Une terrasse exceptionnelle avec une vue et un coucher de soleil digne d une carte postale . Accès direct à une crique de rocher (baignade/ paddle / snorkeling). La marina et les commerces se trouvent à 10 minutes à pied Propriétaire charmante et disponible Vraiment hâte de revenir dans cette maison où nous avons passé de belles vacances. Du pur bonheur 😊

Logement a rénover

Les points forts du logement sont sa position (accés direct mer), sa terrasse, sa douche exterieure, la proximité des commerces et de la plage de sable. L'intérieur de la maison est ancien, l'équipement est vieillissant. Contrairement aux photos, le pin n'est plus présent. un accés Internet serait appreciable ainsi que les photos de chaque piece.

Séjour à Lumio

Une villa proche de la mer dans un hameau avec d'autres propriétés dont une directement à côté, un brise vu est présent. La terrasse est magnifique, de beau couché de soleil, une magnifique vu !! L'intérieur de la maison est ancien, l'équipement est vieillissant, il y a des fuites aux robinets, il faudrait faire des travaux. Une plage de sable est disponible un peu plus loin vers Lumio, mais il y a du monde, une deuxième est disponible sur la droite. J'y ai passé deux semaines avec trois enfants.

Ottimo soggiorno sul mare!

Siamo stati benissimo: la casa è piccola ma ben suddivisa e attrezzata. La zona esterna è il punto forte, da vivere dalla mattina alla sera. La scogliera è di facile accesso e offre la possibilità di nuotare pescare prendere il sole lontani dalla folla anche a agosto. Le spiagge della zona sono bellissime. Ben servito dai negozi. Per una vacanza riposante e con tutte le comodità a contatto con la natura.

Bon séjour

Le point fort de la maison est la terrasse : large, ombragée, vue sur mer, accès direct mer. La maison est petite et vieillissante, les meubles sont vieux et dans un état parfois limite à leur utilisation (coussins des transats abîmés et tachés, un banc et une chaise cassés, placards de la cuisine se fermant mal, portes d'armoire peu facile à ouvrir...). L'équipement est obsolète : ventilateur rouillé et gras, ampoule qui ne fonctionne pas au dessus du lavabo de la chambre,cafetière minuscule (alors que la maison peut accueillir 5 personnes), gant de cuisine troué (je me suis brûlée un doigt en sortant un plat du four avec), un des porte-parasol en ciment se casse et ne sert à rien, toutes les moustiquaires des fenêtres sont trouées et se fixent mal... La communication avec Colette est facile et agréable. La maison est située près du port (boulangerie, boucherie, petite épicerie...) et de la plage de sable. Belles balades à proximité.
