Unique luxury chalet in Gérardmer with heated indoor swimming pool and breathtaking views of the lake. This chalet has just been renovated

Welcome to the FLOREVA chalet in GERARDMER.

This magnificent chalet, with a surface area of ​​240 m2, can accommodate 10 people. Built on three levels, thanks to its exceptional geographical location it is close to the city center (900m), the casino (800m) the ski slopes (1.5km), the lake (100m), an ice rink (500m). it has two large south-facing balconies overlooking Lake GERARDMER as well as a 40m2 covered and heated swimming pool with shower.

You will stay in a warm Savoyard-style chalet with five personalized bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet, a large living room and an open-plan kitchen, a billiard room with air hockey and a sauna.

A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron,
Direct access to the completely renovated swimming pool with massage bench, waterfall and counter-current swimming (the pool temperature is 29° all year round).

Lovely large chalet with beautiful views

The accommodation is large and great for big groups - exactly as described in a beautiful location. Comfy beds and good range of utensils/equipment. Only negative was the jacuzzi wasn’t filled but that was out of the owners control due to local rules.

Schöne Gegend, schönes Haus. Sauberkeit okay. Betten teilweise mit fremden Haaren. Teilweise gab es auch Spinnenweben an der Decke in allen Räumen. Nehmt euch genügend Küchentücher und Küchenrollen mit. Das Klopapier hat auch gerade so gereicht und immer 1-2 scharfe gute Küchenmesser mitnehmen. Waren 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder. Der kleine Tisch am Kinderhochstuhl ist immer wieder zusammengeklappt. Die Couch ist super bequem und mit den kleinen Kissen aus den Betten kann man die Couch noch gemütlich machen. Die Sauna hat zu wenig Heizsteine, deshalb sieht man die Heizstäbe und kann keinen Aufguss machen. Aber sie wird trotzdem 90 Grad heiß. Zum Spazieren sehr schöne Gegend. Beachtet jedoch die Steigung zum Haus und haltet euren Kinderwagen gut fest. Neben dem Casino am See gibt es einen tollen Spielplatz und die Möglichkeit mit dem Tretboot rauszutuckern. Außerdem ist die Aussicht, besonders Morgens aus dem Haus auf den See ein Traum Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden.

Court séjour très agréable dans le chalet face à la mer très bien situé.Petit bémol : l’équipement de la cuisine est sommaire, ce qui ne corrrespond pas au niveau de la prestation (poêles tefal griffées, pas beaucoup de couverts…). Un autre point : caméras de surveillances dont une qui pointe vers la piscine et est placée sur le balcon du living. Maison parfaite pour famille

La maison est parfaite pour des vacances en famille, avec ses 5 chambres et autant de salles de bains. Sa grande salle de séjour offre de grands espaces pour des rencontres familiales ou des vacances entre amis. La piscine d'intérieur chauffée et sa salle de sports permettent de passer de belles journées même si la météo est moins favorable. La grande cour sécurisée offre assez de place pour plusieurs voitures. Vue imprenable sur le lac et les collines qui l'entourent. Seul petit bémol: l'accès à la grande table du jardin avec le barbecue est difficile et loin de la cuisine. On va revenir!

Un team building qui restera dans nos souvenirs

Une reunion commercial dans un lieu magnifique, fonctionnel le wifi nous permis d'avoir des visios de qualité avec les autres équipes. Les hôtes ont été prevenant et accueillant. La piscine a fait la joie de ces dames. Un deuxieme seminaire totalement magnifier par l'endroit ou quand le travail rime aussi avec plaisir.
